Exceptional host and staff. Anna communicated with us via Whatsapp and allowed us to check in early to accommodate our bus schedule and leave our luggage to explore Matera. Apartment was clean and staff welcoming. Shower was wonderful. Breakfast was standard for the area.

It was a little cold inside the room, there is only the air condition to heat up a little bit. But I guess it is usual there.

The place is very near to old town and also from the train station, bus stop to Bari. The breakfast was very nice, the room is very cosy.

Clean modern room with artistic touch. Very good location, with a bit of effort possible to find free parking in nearby streets. City center is on walking distance. Very friendly and helpful host who will gladly offer the map and write down a tour for you on it :-) . Nice breakfast. Good WiFi.

Ms Anna is a very welcoming hostess. She even managed to arrange parking for us in this busy city. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good. Exceptional location. The hotel is only 7 mins on foot from the old city. Will certainly stay here again.

Very comfortable rooms in great location - close to the sassi but it was easy to find parking in a neighbouring street. Easy communication with the owner - nothing was a problem! And the breakfast offered different kinds of cakes, all delicious! Altogether it was excellent experience!

There weren't any drawers to put things in.

The property was a short walk from the centre of Matera: shops, the Sassi and bars and restaurants all easily accessible on foot. Anna was a great host, providing excellent communication before, during and after I left. She was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble when we needed some assistance with an iron!

Nothing. It was perfect.

We loved staying at Frammenti and were sad to leave. Anna was the perfect host. She was very helpful and responsive, giving us many suggestions for restaurants and a wonderful map of Matera which made our visit so much easier. Frammenti is spotlessly clean, quiet and very comfortable in a fabulous location and the breakfast is wonderful. I recommend it highly! Thank you Anna.

Superb Location, 5 minutes from the Sassi, in the city centre. Comfy, clean, warm and staff friendly and helpful, couldnt do enough for you. Would reccommend and definitely love to revisit Matera and stay here without a doubt. Fab breakfast also

The accomodation is close to the historic city center. The house is fully equipped, and the staff/owners were more than friendly. We will definitely come back.

No problem for us but it is a walk up of two flights of steps.

Anna was so lovely. We got in to Matera late and Anna was communicating with us regularly. She also dropped us to the bus stop which was a little to far to walk to. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. We also had a lovely little balcony off our room. We weren’t in the old town but we were walking distance with some great restaurants in the area. Managed to get some laundry done round the corner too.

A fanatstic B&B near the train station and a 10 minute walk into town. We arrived earlier than expected which wasn’t a problem. The host - Anna -helped us organise a tour around the Sassi, gave us recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The shower is the best my partner and I have ever had. A delightful breakfast was included.

Anna was a lovely host and her son Luca was so kind to both pick us up and take us to the bus terminal. The room was very comfortable and bright, beautifully decorated. The breakfast was so very good with many choices. This was the perfect location to stay in Metera.
