The location is fantastic, close to the train station and just a short walk to the Centro Storico. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the building has a lift which makes it easy to get to your floor. All the information was provided ahead of time, very organised and helpful, which made everything smooth. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

It was an extremely hot night and needed to run the air conditioner however the placement of it was over the bed and blew straight onto us which was not ideal.

Loved the location, central to everything! Comfortable bed and great amenities, tastefully styled. Loved the little balcony overlooking the shopping strip.

The only thing I might have wished was different is for the cleaning lady to always come at 10 a.m. On our first day, it caught us off guard since we weren’t sure where to go while she worked. We eventually decided to head out so she could clean comfortably and without interruptions. This took some adjustment for us because we usually go to the beach very early—around 6 a.m.—and return home by 10 to shower and rest. Instead, we had to plan to stay out a bit longer to accommodate her schedule. That said, she is an incredibly kind and sweet lady, and we appreciated her work.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Bari. Everything was perfect, and I’m completely satisfied. I would be happy to book with you again.

The property is in an excellent location. It is very quiet and very safe. The room was large and well appointed. We like the additional lounge area which had a refrigerator a coffee machine, kettle and tea.

You can’t leave your luggage safely stored. There isn’t a luggage room.

We had a one-night stay and really enjoyed it. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The entire place had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Overall, everything was really nice, and we’d happily stay here again!

Nothing really. We would have liked to have some drinking water provided and also some milk for the tea drinkers in our group. Shower cubicle could have been cleaner.

Location was excellent, close to shopping area, restaurants and old town. The property is well maintained and spacious with a very well organized self check in system. Very convenient and helpful. The property also has a lift to facilitate moving luggage up to the third floor.

Never got to meet a host which was not much of an issue but could be for people who like a personal touch. We were informed the day of our stay that the lift was not fully working, only till 2nd floor which was a bit uncomfortable to carry heavy luggage. Could have been an issue for people with impaired mobility.

Central location which is close enough to Bari Vecchia but also to the train station. Room was very comfortable room. Very helpful cleaning staff.

There was no mirror in the bedroom. We were not sure how to enter the property but eventually instructions were emailed to us - we needed to get them a bit sooner, but that might be because it was a late booking.

Lovely large, clean room, tastefully decorated, brilliant location too - it was very quiet even though it is in the centre of Bari. The bed was very comfortable and there was great air conditioning.

There was a little mold in the bathroom, there was no one available to ask questions to. Since it's not easy getting around Puglia by public transport, I would have appreciated it if there was someone on site. But this was already clear from their page on booking.com and other reviews. I wished they could provide the soap, shampoo and conditioner in proper wall mounted bottles like hotels do, to reduce plastic waste. I also wished there was something to eat for breakfast, not just coffee.

Great apartment, amazing location, very clean, everything you needed was there. Toiletries - a 2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel were provided together with bar hand soap. Robe, slippers and towels were also provided. Very spacious and comfy bed.

Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Not a big issue as there was a refrigerator in a common room. Just a little inconvenient.

Central location, clean and contemporary. Easy online checkin, and clear instructions for access into the apartment. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station, and an easy stroll into the old town. Nice and quiet.
