The B&B does not offer any luggage storage before or after check-in (so factor this extra cost in, about 14 EUR for 8 hours of storage). The shower has a glass front facing the bed so no privacy when showering, fyi.

The apartment had a balcony and lots of natural light. The location was within walking distance from the Como San Giovanni train station, but also the lakefront. The breakfast is not onsite, but is offered at a cafe a 1 minute walk away. The breakfast included fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee choice and a pastry of your choice - everything was very good!

It is a small cozy bedroom that have a good location and was very clean. I like the self check in. Because I arrived in Como late.

Excellent location! Room was cosy but had everything we needed. Breakfast around the corner was an added bonus. Very close walking distance to local train, ferries and cable car. Como S Giovanni train station, which we arrived at, was a little further away. Possible walking distance without heavy suitcases, just over 1km, however with cases I advise to take a taxi from station. Bus to the apartment was not reliable and not very often so we had to wait a while. This was due to extensive road works in the area at the time, which we were not aware of.

A compact clean room but on the second floor of an old building, difficult for us with luggage. there is a lift but don’t know if it was working, unhappy to try! Unexpected lack of privacy to bathroom area.

First off this is not an actual hotel. This is a studio apartment inside an apartment complex. The host wanted us to upload our passports with pictures of ourselves and more pictures of us with our passports. The website wasn't working and she told us we would not be able to check in if we didn't complete the website requirements. The whole process was tedious and I'm not sure if an elderly person could have completed all of the website tasks since it took us almost an hour to upload it all because the site kept timing out. But since it's an apartment there is no front desk to check in. Another thing was the bathroom being exposed to the bedroom so hopefully you really are close to the person you are traveling with! lol There also was no comforter but just a sheet on top of the bed. The road outside had very loud kids partying outside late at night. The elevator was sketch but it worked for us. The building smells musty and there are 3 doors you have to go through to access the room.

Location was perfect! In walking distance to everything and the dock. Plenty of towels and hair dryer provided. Also, some waters in a very small mini fridge were nice and some different teas and a kettle. Actual check in was easy since there was a lockbox outside the building. We ate at a really reasonable priced sushi restaurant around the corner I highly recommend!

Easy walk to lake and restaurants, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and lovely host. We enjoyed the breakfast provision - especially the 😋 pistachio croissant 🥐 pecan pastry and freshly squeezed orange juice at nearby cafe. Appreciate the prompt service when we had an issue to fix. In love with lake Como! Thank you for a wonderful stay! 🙏

The bedding was really quite grim. Lumpy, uncomfortable foam pillows and no duvet cover. (I mean, that’s something pretty basic to be missing and just conveys a total lack of care for guests’ comfort.) The room is very tight quarters and the toilet has a strangely public feel about it. Make sure you know you cohabiter really well if you’re going to share this space! Lastly, the “balcony” comes with no chair or chairs to be made use of, but this is just as well because the view is not remotely charming. Not a place you’d want to spend time. Maybe don’t emphasise that feature because it’s not nice.

It was nice to have breakfast included. The position of the apartment was relatively central and an easy walk to the main shopping district and also well placed for public transport. The access instructions were easy to follow and we had no problem checking in or out.

Very nice modern and above all clean apartment directly on the lake. You load out the front door and are directly at the train station and the promenade. Small balcony to the courtyard with great views of the mountains. Breakfast is in a small cafe one street over and is absolutely delicious.

The shower cubicle in the bathroom has a glass panel that faces the bed area so when you’re showering your travelling companion will have a full view of you. No privacy.

Excellent location about 1 minute walk from Como Lago train station and direct trains to Milano Centrale. The breakfast was a really nice touch in the nearby cafe. Really clean room with very comfortable bed and good aircon.

When we arrived to the bar to order a breakfast, 2 person just ignored us when they saw our cards for an breakfast. So i was staying there 10 min and they just offered a coffee to new guests who came after me. Very unfriendly, kind a angry on us. The cups of coffee were dirty by coffee, than he asked if i also want croasant and when i said yes and also a juice he just turn his eyes around 🙄

The apartment was great, clean, good located and quiet. The host was a super nice person. I really recommend this place
