Place needs some refurbishing as it is somewhat outdated. Especially the bathrooms.

dinner was a bit hectic due to coaches of people. overall staff coped well if it took longer to serve us.

good location for mway and visiting abbey and war graves. staff very friendly. 30min walk to town so dined in for convenience. good parking for motorbikes.

Room had, ngl, not the best mattress. But we slept good and due to the incredible lovely ladies working there me and my partner would definitely recommend visiting.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We visited Cassino to see the WW2 memorial and monte cassino, but the heatwave made us regret travelling up the mountain by bus/and walking so the incredibly fantastic ladies in the reception helped us with renting a car. They called and dealt with the car dealers for us as we don’t speak Italian and made our visit a very special experience. We had dinner in the hotel and had a heavenly meal, the wine was to die for and we were blown away by the mozzarella starter. Service was excellent and the hotel was clean and even if it’s an old interior it was well looked after. Shows they take pride in the service they provide Thank you for making our visit magical

location is only good if you have a car

all fine, but the A/c wasnt up to the job. They gave us a fan which helped. Seemed like lovely people working there.

Hotel staff were all very friendly , hotel is in a ideal position for visiting MonteCassino and the War Cemetery nearby - lot of choice at breakfast ,plenty of parking and easy access to the Rome to Naples motorway

The location is not the best , it is is just in the outskisrts of Cassino town., along a large and unsettled motorway., however is esasy to reach . This 5 stars hotel is a huge 80's yearrs staylish 80's building, with a lovely relaxing green garden sorrunding it. The hotel is a big confortable building , beat dusty and not well kept, some interiors designs such as pipes, llights, and carpets are missing.

They offered me an upper level standard room, very confortable and clean. The recepctionist attende me was nice and welcomed me and so nicely. The relaxing outside garden ,lovley to hav eyour last drink or sigarette in the summer time night,

It certainly would have been four star when it was built but it would be doing well to get two stars now. The food was terrible. The bathrooms in both rooms were leaking. There was no shower in one bedroom (Room 421). You could tell they were struggling, the contactless door locks were disabled throughout the building and the backup key locks were what they used for guests. The exterior of the building is deteriorating and the garden was overgrown....I'd suggest the photographs used to promote the hotel were from many years ago!!!!!!! When we asked for help to co-ordinate a taxi this was reluctantly given, it took 1 hour and 15 mins to get picked up from the station, no advice given in advance....another two star indicator.

It's not necessarily something I didn't like. It is obvious that the hotel has seen better times, and a renovation would not hurt. However, I think it is excellent value for money

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were a group of 8 staying 3 nights and nothing was too much trouble. One of our group left some items by mistake and it was forwarded on by the staff in a timely manner. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was excellent. Breakfast was more than adequate to set us up for days of touring. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. The location is slightly out of town but there are a few good eateries within easy walking distance. It is close to the Monastery and other tourist areas.
