It was centrally located to the town. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. Rita was so kind, personable, and fun!!

The host lady Rita's hospitality makes me write this review, even though I don't originally write reviews. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to the center, I parked my rental car in the hotel parking lot for 3 stays and walked to all three cable cars and funicular in Ortisei. The room in Alps villa llke accommodation was spacious and tidy, so pleasant. Alpe di Siusi is in front of the window. Hotel buffet style breakfast is great. However, the hotel's best is Rita. She has a magic that makes me feel comfortable. Even though she doesn't even speak English, whenever we communicated through her smart phone translator, there was no prolem and we were always happy with each other's laughter. She was always happy when I was curious or need help, In the process, there was laughter and warmth again. When I bought a wine and borrowed a wine opener and wine glasses, for enjoying sunset view of Alpe di Siusi at the room balcony, she was happy. Scratching a glass inadvertently, I tried to give 10 Euros as compensation, but she refused saying it was her pleasure for us to enjoy the time. How warm she was! Her hospitality was much more valuable than 10 Euros. I already miss Fortuna and Rita.

Our favorite part of our trip to Italy! Staying at the hotel includes a bus pass for the surrounding area for getting to trailheads and spa access which was perfect after a long day. The included breakfast was also wonderful!

The service at the hotel was truly amazing! 👍🏻 Rita and another lovely lady provided us with excellent service. Rita has a straightforward and cheerful personality, and we had a wonderful time with her. Thumbs up to the hotel and to Rita!

It was quite warm so AC or ceiling fans would be helpful. There’s also quite a bit of street noise early in the morning.

The location is fantastic! Within walking distance of downtown and gondolas, it made for a perfect place to enjoy the town of Ortisei! The hostess was so warm and welcoming! She made us feel like we were right at home!

You could hear a bit of noise from other rooms. You have to leave your key when you go out but there weren't any issues and there's a safe in the room.

The breakfast is fantastic. There's fruit, pickled vegetables, bread, yoghurt and a cereal station - something for everyone. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You get access to complementary bus passes and the local spa/sauna/pool. It is a quick walk to the town centre. I would definitely recommend you stay here.

The location was excellent, staff were delightful. Close to the bus stop (free bus pass with the hotel) and the centre of town. Easy to get to the cable cars for seceda and Alpe di siusi.

Great hotel in an excellent central position. We were able to walk to restaurants, buses and all the cable cars in Ortisei.The staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was included and there was a large buffet to select from. I would choose to stay here again.

It was a perfect boutique hotel with beautiful views. The rooms all had a lovely balconies. Very clean able to open the windows for lovely evening breezes. Short walk to the lovely town of Ortisei. Very quiet. Lovely breakfast in a bright light room with lovely food. Rita and Colendra were so helpful and friendly.

Perfect location just 1 minute from everything you need including the lifts for the mountains , pubs , and shopping centers , in the middle of the action but still quiet inside where you can relax , read a book and enjoy your food. They offer you free spa tickets in a different property near by which is great for those coming to indulge in relaxation or those finishing a long day of ski with sore legs. I had the perfect room view and balcony where I started my day with a cup of espresso and beautiful scenery. Staff was very welcoming and always smiling - the sisters from Argentina spread smiles and love and make their guests feel at home.

Wonderful breakfast with so many amazing choices. One of the best of our whole trip. Room nice and clean. Was cleaned every day. Beautiful view with sitting area. Easy to get around town and very close to all the key places you would want to go. Highly recommend

The hotel description said there is a lift. There is but it does not go to the 4th floor. However staff were helpful getting cases up and down one floor . Our room seemed expensive but everything in Ortisei is very expensive!

Staff did not speak English but were very helpful using translation apps. Room was small but warm.and cosy Breakfast was very good with many choices Cosy lounge downstairs for inclement days

The boiled eggs need to be cooked longer.

Convenient location, terrific view, balcony, built in table and benches, delicious breakfast. They also gave us maps and a bus pass upon check-in.
