Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesLocation is amazing, with spectacular views of the Brenta Dolomites. The staff were the most friendly, helpful, accommodating and engaging group I’ve ever encountered. And I’ve been traveling for 50 years. Eduardo at the front desk and everyone else at the Fortini seem sent from heaven to help you enjoy your stay in this wonderful part of the world.

United KingdomThere was no shower/changing room after checking out on our departure day so had to have a quick wash in the toilets and change in a toilet cubicle (after the day skiing) which isn't ideal as the toilets are used by all skiers that use the hotel bar/restaurant during the day so the floors are constantly wet. Buying drinks at the bar required you to pay for the drinks at the cigarette kiosk and then take your receipt to the bar to order the drinks. Very odd system but it seemed this was a local thing in most bars we visited and all mountain restaurants. Getting into town was a fair walk (although we knew this when booking) and taxis were hard to come by so the 2nd night we ended up walking back up the hill from town on and off piste.
The location of the hotel was excellent for everything but getting into town where we struggled to book a taxi. Breakfast was pretty decent with good coffee. There was a ski rental shop across the road and the Groste lift was connected to the hotel. We tended to use the Fortini Express first thing to avoid the queues at the Groste lift. We ate pizza the restaurant on the night we arrived which was good. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The shower cubicle was a little small but the bathroom was large. The boot room was good with a locker for our skis and boot warming rack.

CroatiaThe heating in the room was only turned on in the morning and after skiing. In the evening it was a little cold. Parking in the garage could be included in the price of the accommodation.
the location is excellent, it is located right on the track itself and near the hotel is boarding for 2 gondolas. breakfast is good, it wouldn't be bad if it started at 7 and not at 7:30. a comfortable room with a view of the track. We didn't have a terrace, but it would certainly be useful.

United StatesGetting into town and from town after 730pm requires you to walk the trails at dark if you do not have a car. This no fault of hotel, just a note to folks without a car.
The room was very clean. The hotel was convenient to hiking from the Groste cablecar. A bus stop was right next to the hotel. This bus could take you to town or to Trento. It was a short hike via trails into town. I felt somewhat safe hiking alone, even at dark, via the trails to town. There was a restaurant in the hotel and a daily breakfast that had many options. There's even an espresso machine in the room. The views from the hotel are stunning.

AustriaSimply nothing to complain !!
Top location for our Brenta trip. Unbelievably broad range of breakfast buffet offer, wonderful rooms, very quiet location, parking ground and garage some 20 meters away, same for the Grosté cable car, so could not be better starting place for our adventures. And the restaurant - simply OUTSTANDING !! Looking forward to coming back to this place, at Fortini. Our new "homebase" for further Brenta adventures !
