The location is excellent, near to the city centar, the marina and the beach. We landed to Bari airport and the place where the airshuttle bus left us was almost in front of the hotel which is more that good if you are travelling without car. The stuff was very kind, the food was excellent. Rooms have been very clean. Absolutelly recommended.

Breakfast was just ok especially the poorly kept "hot" food (usually cold!) and dining room staff who didnt engage at all and werent attentive.

Comfy beds, nice pool, sea view lovely, easy parking, good lifts, and special mention of Daniel on reception who was extra welcoming , really friendly and helpful with planning.

An excellent location at the North end of town. Has direct access to the beach through the car park and has a huge pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wide range of breakfast and you get to keep the same breakfast table for the length of the stay.

For the size of the bathroom, that was quite big, the shower was very small. The breakfast in the second week was not very organised. The staff ( friendly and helpful) were more worried about organising the room for lunch than replenishing what was missing .

The team at the hotel presents a unique dichotomy. Many members are warm and engaging, offering smiles that truly make you feel welcome. Conversely, there are those who appear less authentic, offering what could best be described as forced smiles and emitting an unsettling vibe, occasionally even showing an unwarranted air of superiority. A small area of improvement would be the respect for guest privacy. Instances have occurred where the housekeeping staff has overlooked the 'do not disturb' sign. While it's appreciable that they are diligent in their duties, respecting the sign would further enhance the guest experience.

The hotel provides a satisfactory stay with several positive points to note. Its location is quite convenient, close to the city center but not in the heart of the hustle and bustle, which some may appreciate (15-20 min walk). Right in front of the hotel is a large paid parking area, a practical amenity for those traveling by car. The cleanliness of the hotel is satisfactory, with well-maintained rooms and public areas. The comfort level is standard, with no outstanding features but providing what you'd expect for a restful night's sleep. Although it's not without minor flaws, the hotel's location, cleanliness, and general comfort contribute to its value.

The room was large and very clean. It was nice to have accommodations that offered parking for our car. The historic district was a good 20 minute walk from this location but it was easy to find a public parking lot that was only a 10 minute walk. Offered a great breakfast.

Over all: very old rooms. Old bathroom; with loose toilet seat and lots of chalk on the shower head. TV was only sattelite and Italian. Nothing really to see. We hadden a sudden water leak from the fridge. Swimming pool: there was broken glass on the floor and one big pile of hair on the side of the pool. It was not worth our money.

Aardig personeel, vooral in het restaurant. Alles was goed. Children playroom, great! Cleaning service every day was good. Over all nice personnel.

The hotel is old, it feels like 80s, very strange feeling. Personnel at the reception doesn’t speak English. I know it’s a weird requirement for Italy, but receptionists must.
