The suite was lovely, really clean, spacious and superbly decorated. Tbe waterfall.shower was so good after a long day sightseeing, as was the powerful Air conditioning that cooled you down. Staff were helpful if we had any issues and quick to fix All in all, a great ace to stay

Such a spacious apartment , I wish they provide washer and dryer for convenience and practicality. Also a bigger fridge will be nice. Tv are not connected to wifi, so can't watch Netflix or YouTube.

I love the architecture design of the apartment and buildings, especially the skylight in the upper room, it was beautifully thought and designed. Happy with the refill of sparking and still water daily. The color combination for the furniture , branding , details are perfect. The breakfast cafe just across the street, very convenient.

We loved the modern design. The location was great! 15 min walk to city centre and 10 min walk to traditional trattorias. If we didn’t explore Florence, would have been happy staying indoors for a day.

This is an AMAZING hotel! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated and quiet. The breakfast was a true highlight, with great options, incredibly high quality, and really kind and friendly staff. I will 100% be staying here again on my next trip to Florence!!!

The bathroom shower door had a bit of trouble closing.

The property was lovely, very well kept and modern, was a lovely place to stay and the host was amazing, she assisted us with everything over WhatsApp from taxi services to places to dine, she was quick with her responses and amazing the whole time.

I had a wonderful stay at Fornace Suite during my 3 nights in Florence. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. Fornace Suites by far exceeded our expectations. The staff member was so friendly, accessible, and accommodating. The room itself was much larger than usual hotel rooms in Europe and stunningly decorated.

The location is about 25 minutes walk distance from the main attractions. But despite this, there were many good restaurant around the suite location (sushi bar Koko for example)

It was amazing apartment with 2 big rooms. There was everything for the comfort stay: good quality bodycare kits, hude wardrobe, daily houskeeping, air conditioning system, robe and slippers and even the steam iron. There was smart house system. Bevarage was avalible for free (water, juices, coffee). Breakfast was provided in the cafe, opposite the suite buliding. It was very cozy place, with varius choice of high quality morning meals and service was also perfect there.

No smart tvs. (for security reasons I WAs told?).. Basic 8 TV channels, italian Russian mostly. Was a bit cold with no heating systems in Italy before Nov 1 it seems

The Fornace Suite was absolutely stunning. From the history shared by Dilik who met us at the door to the quick tour he gave us of the suite. Just fantastic. We will certainly return for a future stay!

My stay at Fornace Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! This place is a masterpiece, thoughtfully designed by an artist of an architect, where every single detail in the room is meticulously crafted. The blend of modern elegance with authentic charm creates a warm, inviting space that is both spacious and immaculately clean. The energy of the place is fantastic, and to top it all off, Dilik is an absolute gem—kind, helpful, and always going above and beyond. The location is perfect, right next to the stunning Michelangelo Piaza, making it incredibly convenient. As a Muslim traveler, I was delighted to find a bidet in the room—a thoughtful addition that made my stay even more comfortable. I can confidently say I’ll never stay anywhere else in Florence but here!

The Air conditioning was not always blowing cool air. It was tolerable. It was fixed on the second day and worked perfectly. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The free breakfast was unexpected, but highly enjoyed. The hotel had an excellent location. Both Iiaria and Dilik were superb hosts, very attentive and always available. Housekeeping was excellent.

The A/C wasn't super strong, but the staff was great about providing Dyson fans which did the trick!

The Fornace Suite is a beautiful place to stay! It's architectural impressive and has gorgeous interior design appointments which made for an elegant and also comfortable stay. Dilik was super helpful and accomodating!

We loved everything about our stay but the one thing I would mention is that the downstairs bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain. However, it wasn't too strong so it was manageable. The hotel location was also not in the central city so it was a bit of a journey in the night as the public transport is sporadic.

We stayed in the Bernini suite and it was stunning and spacious. There was a lot of natural light downstairs and in the upstairs bathroom. It was very convenient to have two bathrooms which helped getting ready early in the morning to explore the city. The staff were very helpful and provided their contact details so they could be reached anytime and they always provided free daily bottled water and juices which was a kind personal touch!

Fornace Suites are on the outskirts of Florence. The neighbourhood is lovely and away from all the tourists. However, be prepared for a fair walk or short taxi ride to the main sites.

Fornace Suites are really stylish and spacious suites in a charming neighbourhood. The Concierge (Dilik) was very helpful and accommodating. They are fair value compared to top hotels.
