XVth century Palazzos don't have as much light as a modern hotel, but it would be difficult to complain about that.

The Palazzo is simply magnificent. It feels like travelling back to the XVth century. And Roberto, the host, goes out of his way to make your stay unique.

This place is really amazing. It is not far from Duomo and it is a palace from 15th. century. Our room had original ceilings, nice old beds and beatiful flooring, so if you would like to try how did it feel to sleep in an old palace, try this out. In the morning Roberto, the owner, gave us a tour through the whole place. Amazing! Thank you Roberto. Karel and Marek.

A combination of classy environment and service. Our host Roberto made us feel very special in every way even though he didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak a word of Italian. What an amazing building, the photos do not do it justice! Onsite parking was so convenient as it was very easy to walk to the historical centre. We had a lovely well equipped room and our dog was made very welcome. Roberto is an exceptional host and a wonderfully kind person - we sincerely hope that we'll have the opportunity to return. The only thing that would make a significant (and crucial) improvement in my opinion, would be soundproof windows. I sleep very well in general, but our room was on a quite busy street and judging by the sound it felt like the windows were open - when in fact they weren't. We could count speeding motorbikers passing by during the night. Maybe it was just our room, but better bring your earplugs if you set your mind on staying here.

Lively spacious high ceiling room with stylish furnishings a historic building, truly unique experience. The host is very kind, helpful and flexible, the communication was easy. Parking spot provided in the inner court. The accommodation is 5 mins walk from the city center, very convenient.

Roberto was wonderfully kind and took the time to show us around the Palazzo and the work they have been doing to restore it. Cremona is a beautiful town, although not so frequently recommended. The Palazzo courtyard was very pretty.

A very sophisticated and refined space in this restored palazzo, walking distance from main squares, cathedrals and museums. The public spaces including an internal courtyard and cloisters and is used as an arts centre/space. The guest room was absolutely fabulous. Beautiful big room with fridge, coffee and tea and snacks, and decorated very sympathetically with beautiful antique and contemporary furniture, with a very comfortable bed and good quality bedlinen. Very efficient and quiet air con system and a lovely well equipped bathroom with a fabulous modern shower unit. A bit of light road traffic noise but nothing concerning- and easily dealt with with earplugs for a perfect night sleep!

We loved the hosts first and foremost. They treated the guests like family. The breakfast was sourced from local ingredients and was paired with homemade pastries. No request was left unanswered and the amenities were modern and comfortable.

We loved the incredibly beautiful room, an historical masterpiece that has been lovingly restored. The modern touches with antiquities is so tasteful and extremely comfortable. Micheala afforded us a guide tour of the historical palazzo that has been recently restored by a local family. Truly an exceptional stay, we highly recommend a visit to Cremona just to stay in Palazzo Guazzoni Zaccaria!

We thought the door to our little courtyard was locked, but it was just jammed, so we didn't get to sit out in it till the second day. The beautiful towels didn't really need to be replaced on the second day! I would have liked a bigger cup for my tea, super-elegant though the cups are.

Everything is luxurious - bed, pillows, towels, a terrific shower, antique furniture that is also comfortable, bone chine, crystal wine glasses, and it's great fun staying in a palazzo, with a gracious host.

An absolutely amazing place to stay. The lovingly restored and furnished palazzo is a marvelous place to experience. Our room was a dream; I never sleep well in a new bed, but this one was so comfortable I slept like a rock. We very much appreciated the generous amenity details like the coffee maker and kettle and the nice toiletries. I also feel compelled to mention the particularly lush and cozy bathrobe which I had a hard time leaving behind. The people associated with the palazzo are wonderfully kind, helpful and welcoming. The city center is just a 10 minute walk away. It's an absolutely unique place to stay at. We feel so fortunate that we got to experience it and hope to be able to come back some time soon.
