There is no possibility to eat outside and the breakfast room and restaurant seem to be more oriented for bigger groups - but nothing which makes the quality bad

Wonderful new hotel! The room was elegant and comfortable - huge super comfy bed and spacious bathroom! The breakfast was ok - Italian - mostly sweet pastries but also couple of egg dishes a la carte. We also dined at the restaurant - same place where the breakfast is served - it’s not super charming more like a breakfast hall - by the food was very good. All in all the place is really great

Nice modern rooms in a historic building. Amazing restaurant Guido nearby, wine cellar tour, and the restaurant and shop downstairs are nice. Location is good for exploring the wine region.

nothing a perfect resort

The hotel is on a famous barolo wine producer estate. the service was impecable from reveprion to the fantadtic lady emily im the restaurant. there us a fantastic hilly walk through the woodland and vineyard and the wine tasting tour is well worth doing. i was able to use the spa for 50veuros which is an excusive ecpetience and worth doing. the views from the pool are worth it on their own..Stay here if you can

Never been in a hotel where they only provide 1 bottle of complimentary water especially when there are 2 guests. Unless you have a car,there is no hotel shuttle bus or transfer service to bring you from the nearest town.

Guido restaurant in the hotel is exceptional,the food and service was excellent. Staff in the hotel was helpful. Hotel grounds were beautiful.

Machinery noise from the next building as well as the sewer treatment facilities. I didn't like being told I needed a reservation for dinner. One night it was literally empty and the guy still asked if I had a reservation.

Our general impression is that the hotel has unfortunately lost some of its authenticity (with the exception of Guido Ristorante) with the development of tourism activities (e.g., wine shop etc)

We enjoyed the environment, kindness of the staff and the history of the place. The room at Le Case dei Conti Mirafiore were spacious and well decorated, the mattress a little too hard but overall great. Breakfast was good, with options to order directly such a eggs, bacon etc.

There was no concierge to assist with taking our luggage to and from our rooms. After a long day of travelling, this would've helped a lot, especially because we were a family of 5 travelling with a lot of luggage. Our room wasn't cleaned on 2 of the days because our baby was sleeping in the room when the cleaning staff came past. When we requested a room turn around from reception staff at around 2pm, we were told that the cleaning staff had already left for the day. Other than that, our stay was excellent and we would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience this wonderful area.

What an amazing place! A beautiful hotel, with modern finishes, great food and centrally located in the Barolo wine area. The hotel is part of a small village with a lot of history and with a working winery. The wine shop sells many of the area's wines and you can request to taste most of them. The Disguido Osteria restaurant's food and service is top quality and the breakfast is great. The property on which the hotel is located is beautiful with many walking paths in the woods and between the historical buildings. We went for a truffle hunt in the woods on the property - what an amazing experience! Cellar is beautiful and the wine top quality. The reception staff was very helpful in booking day trips for us to wineries and restaurants and they also organised transport for us. The Guido restaurant is next level. Setting, quality of food and service is amazing. The wine pairing with the chefs menu was excellent. We travelled with 2 small kids and the hotel accommodated all our needs and made it very easy for us to have a comfortable stay.
