The EV charger was not working; the restaurant was very basic, the pool (only truly interesting amenity) closed at 7pm, which is definitely too early in summer

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable, clean and relatively new. The Wi-Fi works fine. The pool is very nice

Very quiet 4 star Hotel/Resort just off the main road. Friendly reception, modern and clean room, safe free parking. Restaurant was closed being off-season, but there were some fine ones in nearby Talamone, just few minutes away.

Railway line is close by & is quite busy. It really didn’t bother us too much though.

Bad smell from the conditioner. Shabby bathroom Too expensive Restaurant for such a Hotel. For a portion of sea bass with a side dish and a glass of beer i payd 50 euros.

our room had some patchy fixes that didn’t look quite professional, the shower looked old and not very clean. Carpet got wet in proximity of the closed balcony door when it rained. very small bar fridge in the room. Hotel is close to a train tracks so you can hear trains if your window is open.

Only point is that there are a lot of mosquitoes and it was very warm at night but it is impossible to sleep with the window open. Would be great to have a mosquito net to cover the window or air conditioning /fan in the room.

Top of the list, the constant train noise going by. Bed was very uncomfortable, we woke up every day with back pains. Our TV did not work and to their credit, they did offer to move our room, we stayed and read our books.

Staff was very warm and accommodating. We dined one night at the restaurant and we were very impressed. Contrary to other reviews, we thought the hotel was very clean and pool great.

The pool in the photos were at night so you cannot see the delapidated state it is in. The steps from the hotel bar down to the pool were totally overgrown, littered and roped off. The pool was filthy & the showers beside a stagnant pond were filthy. I have lots of photos of everything we encountered. Pubic hair in bathroom. Stains on towels. Disgusting smell in room. Pool Pizza restaurant derelict & covered in pigeon poo.

This was literally the worst hotel i have ever been in. It is falling apart, dirty and looks like it hasnt been touched since 1960.

The property itself is stunning with large bedrooms, a/c, beautiful terrace for breakfast and evening dinner and the most amazing pool and sunbathing area all surrounded by lush flowers and gardens. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful and evening dinner (we ate there twice) was splendid, served by the lovely Carlos. Thank you! Also thank you to Cecillia, Gabrielle & the young ladies on reception for being so welcoming.

The restaurant was closed because we arrived late, but the staff was very attentive and found a solution for the meal. The hotel rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly, thank you for everything.
