Dear client, You can find all the details on the booking page (like no AC because you don't need it's a ventilated area and in the evening at least you reach 18 degree , cameras outside just for the security not to control you and free bedsheets for each king size bed and not for each person) Regarding my dog to take care of you I unfortunately took the dog all the week in my house and he just went out all the mornings to do his necessities as he used to do and I clean all the time (you never took the picture of fhe dog) I gentle asked you not to permit your kids to play and trash away the little stones in the garden with the watering can but unfortunately you didn't provide it I tried to give you all the informations about events and so on and I booked for you a restaurant asking if you liked it and no reply and everyday updates about what to do by WhatsApp (I do because I take care of my guests but I am not obliged to do, I can just give you the keys and finish, more after see you never talk to me, never say hello from the beginning, never respect the rules of the pool written in the brochure and move all the tables where you want and tried to stole in your Van the parasols - I saw when I was going out like the cover used for the food and damaged.. If you have a problem just ask, talk and for sure I will help you as I used to do...never happen... most of the time you spent in the house - strange if you didn't like at all it's also polite to mentioned the presence of a guest more(you wrote 6 adults and 3 kids instead you were in total 10 with a baby of 2 weeks crying all the time (normal is a baby but maybe it's polite to ask to the property, I used to do with my kids - for a free crib too) The price is 50 euros per person per night in August that's super high season (with free laundry, free parking, free bedsheets, extra pillows, extra cover, towels (i don't understand the smell because they came from the laundry) soaps, toiletpaper, wifi, barbecue, beers, water, dishwasher and all the products for it ... you can have neither at the Camping - lake como is a luxury area and you usually paid even more. Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Casa Fontanera I'm sorry to hear that but you can find all the details in the information regarding the house and the host The apartment is on the second floor with 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms in Travisa, a part of Gravedona city At the first floor there are the owners of all the property (me and my husband with our kids) The tavern including the kitchen, living room and another room with the laundry plus a bathroom is on the ground floor as described Best regards Francesca - owner

Thank you for choosing us Regarding the quality -in our rooms we have Italian brands and the best for the sheet (bassetti one) and for the towels (Sergio Tacchini),the doors are made by the carpenter,hand made curtains, De longhi Coffee machine (that’s one of the best brand in Italy) and so on 🤗…regarding the parking for sure we will build a new one covered and a new gate (waiting for the permission) For the price it’s super high season -the week of meed-August and it’s only 35/40 euros per person per day and it’s usually for a group of 10 people Fontana-account manager
