Only very minor issue, the water kind of leaked outside the shower area after shower because the blinds/ flaps are not very good at keeping the water within the shower. The cleaner provided clean foot cloth everyday, so it didn’t really bother us.

Clean room, bed is very comfortable and everything as described. Alberto is very friendly, he explained everything to us very well. The area is quiet and safe. The room consists of Nespresso machine and water was provided everyday. I was so glad to see the Babyliss hair dryer instead of the crappy hotel hair dryer in the drawer.

Beautiful small hotel with an exceptional host who was responsive and provided fantastic communication. Well documented recomendations on restaurants and attractions. Short walk from the city centre this quiet room was most enjoyable. Lovely little communal courtyard to enjoy and surrounded by local dining choices. We will be back when next in Milan

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Alberto as a host was just great, gave us the best recommendations and made us feel so at home. The hotel is all new, beautifully equipped with a lovely terrace where you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It was perfect!

The most quirky hotel to have stayed in. Such warm and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing was any trouble. The host was amazing and recommended so many different areas / places to eat drink

Fontana 16 was great! Alberto greeted us and provided with all the instructions needed to access the apartments easily for the next few days. He made sure we had everything and more! The room was a dream, with a small balcony and all we needed to start the days with some coffee - you’ve got to see them in person! The location is ideal. We couldn’t recommend Fontana 16 more!

Not staffed full time so need to coordinate check in, which worked out fine but was a little stressful for a first-time visitor to Milan to figure out timing, especially when trams/buses don't show up when they say they will (obviously not the hotel's fault). Shower is like other modern showers but the controls on the far side from the entry means you may get wet when turning on the shower.

Room was super clean and a decent size, bed was SO comfortable! Enjoyed the Nespresso in the room as well as the fun decor and vibe. Alberto was proactive and responsive with communication. Great value. Would definitely return, especially now that we know better how to navigate Milan and the hotel.

Nothing! Everything was amazing. It shows that Alberto takes pride in his boutique hotel. The patio was so cute but we didn't have enough time to enjoy it.

Alberto was a wonderful host, he made sure to greet us on our arrival and that we were set up for our stay. The room was comfortable and the amenities in the room were detailed and made us feel special.

I think I would have preferred a public water filter in the lobby with which to fill up my own water bottles rather than receive two eco-friendly versions daily.

Alberto gave me red carpet treatment throughout. It was personal, pampering, and accommodating. The nocturnal silence was astounding for a major large city. I also liked the easy transit connections.
