Just one block back from Termini with great access to all you need in Rome. We walked from Termini to the accommodation with bags in under 5 minutes. Marco the host was a great communicator and everything about our stay was comfortable, clean and convenient. We felt safe in this area and easily walkable to many attractions.

The only thing that could have made the stay a little more comfortable was the provision of plastic disposable cups for coffee and tea. We soon discovered that overly hot water melted the plastic. Maybe unbreakable heavy duty plastic cups would be a better option.

Marco, the owner of the property went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had a pleasant and memorable stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were well maintained and spotlessly clean. Bottle water, tea and coffee was replaced daily at no cost. The location is central to numerous cafes and resteraunts, the major rail hub for Rome, hop on hop off tour buses and airport shuttle buses that drop you at the main door to the International Terminal. Major tourist hot spots are wilthin a 10 to 15 min bus or taxi ride. Perfect!

The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us at 1:00 PM. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided along with complimentary coffee and water.

There was a boom boom boom noise faintly in the distance which we could hear when in the room. Not sure where it was coming from.

The location is very good, just near Termini, so is easy to arrive and take the bus to the airport. Marco is an excelent host and was always easy communicate with him. The room is confortable and has everything you need for a good stay, For sure a room to book again

The area can be a bit shady in the evening, so keep the bags close, or else, get to the place by taxi.

The room was super clean, with a proper hair dryer, espresso machine, smart TV. We barely heard any noises at night or early morning. Marco was very helpful, and although we never met him, he kept in touch with us via Whatsapp. Location is great, walking distances (approx 25 mins) to main attractions. Guesthouse is surrounded by good restaurants and for breakfast there is a small place next door. Room was made up daily including a change of towels.

I can not imagine the most perfect location! The hosts - top of the top!!!!!!!!!!! I am so thankful! They check us in at 10o’clock, not at 13! The next day they bring us new towels and coffee… I read - “it is noisy”- we slept like babies - all was perfect, nothing at all! Definately will come back, because Rome is always a good idea :) and definately will stay the same place! Thank you, guys

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the lift is very tiny. It was a bit dusty under the bed.

If you want to stay close to Termini and buses connecting you with main sights in Rome - then the location is perfect! The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough for us with a baby and the crib. Despite a location in such a busy area full of people and restaurants, it's quiet in the room as windows are good. It was quiet in the apartment, too. We also liked the self check-in and good communication with the owner.

Perfect location right next to termini so you could get the underground or bus anywhere. Nice room with all the facilities we needed and the hosts were so kind, giving us all the information and tips we needed and let us store our bags after check out. Thank you ☺️

We stayed 3 nights and it was a great base to explore Rome. It was very near the train station. The host was very helpful and responsive to messages giving clear instructions of how to gain access to our room. It had all the things we hoped for without having to ask for them such as WiFi details, extra pillows and a map of Rome. The tea and coffee facilities were an added bonus and very much appreciated.

Like all areas around train stations in Europe, it can get sketchy. But just be vigilant and take the usual precautions , it’s really going to just pleasant.

It’s near the train station. So convenient to get around. The room is clean and comfortable. Marco goes out of his way to ensure that you feel at home. Definitely value for money.

Aircon takes a while to cool. It was 30+ degrees Celsius during our travel.

The host was accommodating and friendly. The location was really ideal as it is in the heart of city centre and Termini station.
