Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Our room was on the street side. With the windows not opening properly it was not very naturally lit as per our liking. The bathroom could be better maintained as the drain was clogging, the shower also had uneven distribution of water supply (a bit uncomfortable when taking a hot water bath).
Location was quite good and comfortable, everything is newly setup and there has been proper care to provide for all basic amenities.

We thought our room was going to have a small balcony, so we didn't expect it to be on the ground floor. However we were out all day exploring the city so it wasn't a big deal.
The hostess is amazing, such a warm personality, always smiling and very helpful with all the information you might need. They kindly let us check out later than 10. The bed is comfortable, we slept very well. The position of the accommodation is amazing, the area is quite calm and walking distance to all main sights. There are coffee bars, restaurants and various shops nearby. If you want/need to use the public transport, there are many bus stops nearby and it's quite easy to navigate with a little help from google maps. Coffee, tea, some snacks and sodas were complementary, which we are very thankful for, such a cool gesture.

Absolutely nothing
This place was exceptional. The sisters running it know wha you may need even before you do! A beer inthe fridge on arrival was vey welcome as was the emery board to file my nail in the bathroom. The bed was so so comfortable.

If you do have a hire car, it can be quite difficult to find on street parking. However, there is a car park 2 minute walk away
The staff were extremely friendly and used WhatsApp to communicate which made things so much easier. The room was really nice and very clean, very modern, minimalistic style. We felt very safe here too. It is in the centre of Cagliari so great for not needing a car, we were travelling to Villasimius after so had a hire care anyway. There was welcome snacks and drinks included in the price too which was a nice touch. I would definitely return

Cant fault anything . Enjoyed it all
Location is brilliant ,Everything is within walking distance : Historical sites,Restaurants ,Bars and Shops.Short walk for bus to the Beach and surrounding area.Just get out walk something different around every corner

Booked twin room. Arrived to double bed. Cobwebs on moss decorative features. Shower has a hot water capacity of 50 litres - which is enough for one quick shower, no hair wash. Not ideal for party of two. Told to wait 20 mins for a new supply - waited 40 mins and nothing. Can be noisy in morning. Phones are left in reception and ring frequently.
Location excellent. Nice welcome pack on arrival. Fridge and kettle excellent addition to the room.

A small table or desk could increase the practicality of the bedroom.
Alessandra and Francesca are fantastic hosts, adorable, flexible and helpful. They are easy to contact and respond quickly to all questions. The location is perfect to visit the center of the city. The room is super clean and modern and the wifi is fast and reliable. There is a welcome basket with free snacks and drinks. We could leave our luggage in the guesthouse after check-out so that we could continue visiting the city on the last day without having to carry it, which was very practical.

Liked everything
Our flight home was cancelled and we had to find somewhere to stay until alternative arrangements could be made. On arrival the two girls who met us were very sympathetic and helpful. We managed to communicate using google translate. They couldn't be nicer. Great location. Would strongly recommend anyone going to Cagliari to stay here. Thanks again.
