The time for the check in is at 8pm, I was mentioned there but I didn’t notice it, 30 min away (with the tube) from central part of the city

For the most part the negatives about this property are stated right in the listing - check-in window is late and very short, towels are only provided for an extra fee, it is essentially a really nice hostel and if you go in with that expectation you will be pretty satisfied. The only false advertising I saw was they do not speak English even though it says they do in the listing. The only difficulty we had was in arranging early check-in, we were told we would receive instructions on how to check in and not to hang around the entrance of the building. We arrived within the agreed-upon timeframe and had not received any such instructions and owner did not answer the phone or emails for more than an hour. When you arrive, there is no obvious place to check in, this is an apartment building and there is no listing for "Gigli" on the buzzers or anywhere else. We finally received a response after we'd given up and walked back to the Metro station and were told only that we "didn't ring the bell." If you are able to make the regular check-in time work for you I'd recommend doing that or at least be prepared for a more challenging process to get in. Once we were in, everything was fine.

The rooms are a good value for the money, we had a family room with private bathroom and this included a refrigerator, microwave, wifi, and flat-screen TV with most streaming apps available. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the Metro. Shower was spacious which is a real novelty in Europe. Beds were plenty comfortable and bedding was clean.

The location is far from the station. And free check in is only since 20.00 till 20.30 and it's really inconvenient. We also haven't found towels.

The double bunk beds were noisy even when move to right. Very loud neighborhood during night Payment for outrange checking time.. 35 euro before 8:00 PM and 70 euro after 8:00 euro.

The other guest are too noisy even it is almost midnight. Child keep running around, crying and screaming on our first night. Still noisy early morning.

The staff is very accomodating and friendly. Walking distance to where I want to go.

We had problems while checking in as ladies didn’t speak English at all.Thanks god for online translators. Take your own towels because otherwise you will need to pay extra 3€ for each. The rooms looks nice in the pictures but not in the reality. After we settle in our rooms one of the host decided to open and take out of the fridge some old stinky meat and whole house was unbearable to stay and breathe in. If you got some other options in the area, please stay away from the place :)

There was a hairdryer and a soap in the bathroom which was a plus. In one of the rooms there is also a small balcony with nice view.

The place is clean and tidy. The kitchen is easy to use. But it's very far away from the city center. The room is not big enough for 6 people, we couldn't even move around. They don't give towels nor body wash/ shampoo. The toilet was broken.

The host and the room facility was good, but the strict option of check in between 18:00-18:30 was very embarrassing,, normally in hostels hotels one can check in after 13:00 at any time. The rule of fine of 35 € if you come early before 18:00 and fine of 70€ if you come late after 18:30 is not good, we have only 30 minutes for check in, so it should be changed. Overall experience was good.

Hotel was economical with respect to price and given facilities.

we stayed 2 nights, we were 4 people in 2 square meters, we arrived at 22:35 at Bergamo Airport and they asked us 70€ extra for "late check in", after we went there they asked us another 20€ extra because we had gone after midnight, I also asked them to stay 1 hour more to check out and they asked me for another 25€, if there was an estimate less than 1, then I would give it to him

There was ac, food around, it was clean. Just be careful what time you book your arrival because they will charge you 25€ if you come earlier and 70€ if later. Everting else is as stated in the page. For group lookin for cheap sleep 10/10

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. We liked the apartment. Namely, I liked the comfortable beds, there is everything you need, even a hairdryer. The spacious kitchen has all the necessary utensils, a kettle, a stove, an oven, a microwave, an iron, a toaster, a large table, and a balcony on which you can drink coffee in the morning. The location of the house is excellent, the metro is 8 minutes on foot, the center is 10 minutes by metro. Near the house there is a large supermarket, various cafes, shops. The staff is friendly.

The room floor was not clean, not mopped, there was something spilled, dried and sticky, from previous guests. The common kitchen seemed that hasn't been cleaned for a long time, there were stains from water salts on the sink and old breadcrumbs in the corner, old oil/fat on the stove and extractor hood, and the sponge for washing dishes was old. We bought kitchen paper, kitchen sponge, and extra toilet paper because there was only one for 6 people/3 days (we didn't bother to ask the host for supplies). There were not enough towels for all of us, we had to ask the host to provide, which he/she did. But still they don't provide face towels. We found it ridiculous that the host has the extremely late and limited check-in time period of 20:00-20:30 and if you go earlier or later charges you extra 25€. We didn't get a receipt for the extra municipal tax that we paid hand-to-hand. There is no table or chairs in the room. There was a standing piano which is useless in an accommodation like this, it only takes up space, you can only use it to put some of your things on top. There was no central heating in the winter, there was an air condition but we didn't find any remote control for it (we didn't ask the host if we can use it, the weather was not freezing cold) As it is a room in a shared apartment, you may have noisy guests in the other rooms, it happened to us: some other guests were talking extremely loud in the kitchen late at night. I had many questions for our trip, but the host was not very informative in his/her messages, gave only the basic short answers about the accommodation, in italian.

It's about 500m from metro station, a few stops from the center of the city (although we didn't use it, we rented a car). This room is one of the few relatively cheap options that can host up to 6 persons.

The comforters are on the small side, but they're really warm. ☺️

It's really close to the train station. It only took us five minutes carrying all our bags. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
