Only negative as everyone says is the stairs, pretty brutal with 2 large suitcases. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unfit (not that we are super fit)

Perfect location, you’re literally in the middle of everything. So easy to walk everywhere. Aircon was very appreciated!

Markings on the wall, lots of stairs to be climbed and room was small. Also house rules for quiet times during the day and at night seemed a little over the top

Word of warning, there are no lifts in the building so carrying 40kgs of luggage up the 5-6 flights of stairs was a struggle when tired (we arrived late) and just wanted to go to bed. There was also no real space to store multiple pieces of luggage. The level had a small issue with the water heater on the first evening so my husband had a cold shower but it was sorted in the morning. We were leaving early so this wasn't an issue for us, but there is no where to leave luggage after check out so you can't explore the city for the day and collect it later.

Location was incredible, just steps from the Duomo in the centre of Florence. Room was small but comfortable for the 2 nights we were there. Air conditioning kept the room cool on the hot nights. Self check in was easy.

It was very Central and the view of the duomo was fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only negativ thing is that it was a bit noisy... My window was broken so it was not so well isolated, but this should be fixed.

I booked a room with a view of the Cathedral but got a room facing the backside. They offered me to cancel it with no penalty but I think that was something that they could communicate with me before I arrive. I did not pay for the city tax as compensation but I think the price difference and the disappointment were more than that!

You have to climb four flights of stairs in a stairwell that feels like a sauna to get to your room. No hotel staff, you do everything via your phone.

Make more evident the 4th floor location on the ad, it wasn’t horrible but definitely going up the stairs with all the luggage and no help is something to be aware of before booking.

Room was fairly basic and small especially if you had big cases Not much space to put things away eg hanging space or hooks in bathroom Limited toiletries and no coffee or tea but there was a kettle. No fridge. It should be made more obvious that this property is up 4 flights of stairs - not a problem for us but could be difficult for some

The fact that there was no staff was a blessing and a curse. We found ourselves a bit confused with check-in and check out, but that's because we're not the brightest bulbs in the pack. It's pretty straightforward, really.

The location was amazing, being 4 flights of stairs and a door away from the Firenze Cathedral. There's alot to do in the Plazia alone. A lot of restaurants and gelatarias around. My mate and I would do 2 laps around the cathedral while smoking so we can see the live performances taking place all around. Look out for scammers, they're crafty

4th floor no elevator and terrible noise during the whole night. The windows are poor quality, actually old, so you hear everything. On top the tourists there are noisy till 5am. That was really annoying

We were the top room and after carrying approx 40-45kg worth of bags up 3 floors to then find even more stairs to our room wasn't ideal. The air conditioning unit isn't center of the room so manually hits just 1 person whilst in bed and you can hear the condensation water dripping as the pipe has been left high up the wall and water drops onto the shower tray

The apartment is in a great location for everything you need to get to in Florence. The view of the Duomo and Cathedral are awesome. The street below does stay busy late at night so there is a bit of noise into the early hours, but not terrible. We had to change locations weeks before our trip and we found this unit. We are so glad we did. We had a great stay.
