No air conditioning which was unbearable in the heat - we barely slept for the three nights - my home in como team were great and provided an additional fan but we were fighting a losing battle The pool was filled with rowdy teenagers on the first afternoon (we didn’t see them the next two days so I imagine someone else made a complaint) The pool was only available a few hours a day which isn’t mentioned anywhere when booking (there are also three different sets of opening hours advertised when you do get there - one around the pool area and two further completely contradictory pieces of information in the welcome folder) The location - totally our fault from a lack of research. It’s at the bottom of a big hill and even a walk to the shop is hard work - if you have a car then great - if not I would definately recommend somewhere with a bit more going on. There was only one restaurant and we were unable to get a reservation any of the three nights we were there so had to cook in a relatively poorly equipped kitchen in unbearable heat. Again a lack of planning on our part and not the fault of the accommodation or booking team The reality is if we had read the reviews before we booked - we would have booked somewhere else So if you’re ok with either walking very steep hills or you have a car and you like a quiet life and you’re hoping for a live in Sauna - this may be for you My rating of 7 reflects the helpful team that dealt with us and my lack of research which resulted in us being unprepared My rating for the actual accommodation would have been lower

View is outstanding The pool was lovely and a great temperature and easy to relax on sun beds on the second two days we were there Ferry stop is a ten minute walk and handy to get to places that have a bit more going on (there really is nothing in Blevio) My Home in como team were great and really responsive throughout the booking process and our stay Did I mention the view…. 😍😍

There was no lift to get to the apartment and it was difficult to get up the stairs with baggage. We found it very difficult to carry our bags up the stairs and had to make more than one journey.

Cleanliness was excellent. The apartment was beautiful. The facilities were great. The furniture was fantastic. The views of the lake were fantastic. Bedrooms were great. Kitchen was great and all open plan in the living space. A beautiful apartment in Blevio with a shared pool and fantastic views of the lake.

Hard to get to without a car. Not central location No air-conditioning

Pool is closed Mondays and Wednesdays and only open 3 hours per day Tues, Thursdays, Fri and never before 14:00 and not later than 7 when it is open during the week or 8 at the weekend, so the idea to go for an early morning few laps is impossible and it was mega frustrating not to be able to go swimming on Wednesday when we arrived. This was not stated and I feel very cheated. It stank of wet so we did not empty our cases as the clothes smelt. We had 3 bikes which was horrible there as the parking place is very small and with the bike rack impossible to turn the car. No where to lock them. The entrance area outside the walls are with moss and the building is in dire need of some tender loving care.

The view was great especially at night and a great restaurant MOMI waterside, great food and friendly staff.

Every manual was missing, no maps, no timetables, false information: taxi was possible to order - it was not, because from Como no taxi would come to Blevio. And the worse thing: the pool was in use three days altought the weather was all the time very good and hot.

Aparment was good. Happily the only restaurant ( Momi) by walking distance was excellent.

The pool wasn’t open and wasn’t made aware about this before the booking. The location is nice but isn’t great for easy access to restaurants and transport is hard to get if there’s no water taxi.

The place was great, loved every moment in there. Didn’t expect it to be so big.
