A good format of a guesthouse but with private room for such a price in Milan. We stayed the one night, everything was fine. There was also a free breakfast. It was nice stay:)

The room was very warm, some air con would have been fantastic.

There were kitchen facilities and a mini fridge in the room. The WiFi worked well. We enjoyed the TV in the room to watch movies at night - very happy it had a Netflix login! Aldi being next door was very convenient and also great transport links via bus and tram to the city and train station. The snacks for breakfast are nice touch.

We liked most things. Perhaps the location is a little far from the city center (Duomo), but the tram station Via Le Molise was close enough. Also, no internet - but again, this was not a problem because the net connection in our phones were working fine.

The facility was very good . The room was big enough with lots of storage facilities. Shared washroom with another guest, but we did not face any problem. There was a kitchen with good cooking facility (although we did not use it), an oven and a microwave oven, along with plenty of utensils. The host also had a lot of snacks, beverages and food - so much so that we did not have to use what we had originally bought. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

The room is tiny. There is no refrigerator, the lights in the corridor and the bathroom go out in 30 seconds (I understand that you have to save money, but...:)) The location is strange - the balcony is shared by both rooms, the stove and the sink are on the balcony next to one room. So if you're in the other room, you might be disturbing your neighbors.

Тhe place consists of two rooms, a corridor, a bathroom and a balcony. Clean, there is a coffee machine and an electric kettle (in the corridor), a stove (on the balcony), a shop nearby, a public transport stop.

I didn't realise when booking it was shared bathroom however this is my fault and it is only with one other room so it wasn't bad at all. Also the wall touching the bed is super rough to the point it is almost sharp and I was scratched while sleeping.

I liked the room and the water provided, this was a great bargain.

Cleaning could have been better. Hairs everywhere. The bed mattress was poor.

The boiler stopped working on the first day of my stay, we didn't have hot water anymore. The pillow might be a bit too big, depending on how you sleep. If you check in in the evening, the entrance to the building will be closed, you'll have to contact the host (or wait for someone with a key).

The TV in the room has all the channels available in Italy (I think). One bathroom for two rooms, you'll almost never have to wait. Breakfast is just sweets from the supermarket, but it's included in the price. They provide quite good information for tourists.

Very nice and comfortable place for short time. You get the kitchen fully equipped, some snacks for breakfast, free tea and coffee. Very well connented with Milano centrale, you have supermarket on the corner. Contact with the staff is very fast.

Fantastic effort has gone into providing information on public transport, local restaurants, bars etc and a bunch of other things. Read the walls in the entry. Basic breakfast provided at no additional cost and excellent price for Milan. 45 minute walk into town or take the bus/train.

It was nice, especially for the price. The room was very small, so I would recommend it just for a short stay. There was fruit, biscuits and tea and coffee for breakfast as well as a shared kitchen.

The apartment smelt quite stale and in bathroom was some mold too, but opened windows made it better. The walls are tin and one night was some neighbours like really loud, but that is not really in control of owners.

Perfect location and easy transport from city center. Loved the coffee machine, water biscuits and croissants for snack. Everything what we needed was there. We enjoyed our trip and the apartment was cleaned and good for the prize we paid.

The bathroom light is set on a very short timer and is activated by a movement sensor. It needs to be reset quite a few times to have light while taking a shower.

The properly was easy to get to from Centrale through the #90 bus. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I arrived in Milan after dark. The host was very accommodating and friendly, even answering my messages through Whatapp after midnight. In the morning, my wife and I walked to the nearby tram station and found out the area wasn’t so bad as it seemed after dark. It is located in a somewhat mixed industrial part of the city being as the the bus and tram depot is close to the property. There in an Aldi right next door.
