The only minor drawback is that you can hear the road from the pool and lake-facing rooms.

The whole experience was special from the moment we arrived. The hotel, staff, and surrounding area exceeded our expectations. It was a breath of fresh air in this crazy, unpredictable world we live in to receive this high level of service. Nothing was too much trouble, and any request was met with a smile and a sense of pride in providing excellent customer service. I would not hesitate in highly recommending this hotel to other travellers as it excelled in all aspects/areas. One of the best hotels we have had the privilege of visiting.

Please make sure you add your child to the room even if they are like 3 year or less in age. We were charged €96 per night for the child which IMO was a bit excessive. Also, despite being marked as a 4 star property - please note that there isn't a room service option as such that gives you the flexibility to order anything and any time. This is more like a luxurious B&B with fixed timings for lunch ( limited menu ) and housekeeping services. We felt that as a 4 star rated property, they could have been more generous with the toiletries. We had the highest category room and yet all the room had was one all in one shower gel which was kind of strange, considering it hardly costs anything and customers value things like this. One super strange omission / there were green tea bags in the room but coffee sachet or a coffee machine was missing. Overall a great stay despite such shortcomings and I really hope that the hotel adds the above to their offerings for offering a well rounded experience that most people would expect from a 4 star premises.

I have so many conflicting emotions about the property! To begin with, the staffs are fantastic and treat you like royalty. They will go out of their way when needed to help you in any way they can. The location is great too and a 15 min walk from the promenade. They were super kind to upgrade us as well, offering us a room with a balcony. The property is classy and seems timeless in many ways.

The location was great, bus transport by the doorstep. Shopping and site seeing easy to get to. Breakfast was sensational and friendly staff made us feel comfortable and very welcome. Bedrooms and bathroom were great size, swimming pool has wonderful views over the lake and beautifully located. Value for money.

There us nothing I did not like about the hotel. The location has probably some of the best views . It's between towns so no shops. But there are restaurants to walk to The nearest town of Gardone is a three minute bus ride or a 20 min walk.. Buses stop outside the hotel every 30 min. This is a clean friendly, family run hotel . The rooms are a decent size with good facilities. We had a ground floor room with amazing viewsof the lake right beside the pool which is well kept and decent size. Plenty of chairs .beer and drinks available by the pool .we could pop into the room, make a cuppa and sit beside the pool. Great choice of breakfast on the veranda with amazing views.

Did not at all ruin the experience, but I would suggest having slippers in the room and wall hangers in the bathroom. These small improvements would be convenient. Also, I suggest providing guests a shortlist of best resturants in nearby locations (Gardone, Salo, etc).

Beautiful setting overlooking the scenic Garda and near Saló. Very kind and professional staff, a great breakfast with a view to the lake. Excellent price-quality relation.

The hotel is located on a noisy street so you can hear traffic everywhere outside. You can't hear cars at night with the windows closed, but relaxing by the pool is difficult. Although the room is large, it lacks equipment. It's basically empty and you can dance in it. Even though there is a kitchen in the room, there is no table with chairs to eat a meal. During lunch on the terrace it's too hot to eat there.

Large rooms with an additional terrace. You can also pay extra to have access to the kitchen in the room. An intimate area with a garden and a swimming pool. Beautiful view of the lake. Tasty and interesting breakfast served on the terrace with a view. Vegetables, cheeses, fresh fruit and friendly service. Everywhere is clean and the facilities are well maintained.

No on-site restaurant which meant having to walk into town / the promenade (20 min walk) to get a meal if you had no car. Sometimes we had been out in the day and wanted to just chill. Whilst fine for us - there are a LOT of steps and a big hill to walk up to get to the hotel if you didn’t hire a car. Not great for those who are elderly or who require special assistance. Taxes must be paid in cash. On our last day we wanted to sit at the pool after check out and were told by Alessandra that there was a 20 Euro charge per person. We thought that was a bit cheeky given we had spent a week there and spect a fair bit of money. Nearest ATM is 20 minutes away - we only note this as the buses only take cash.

The apartment was lovely - bright and airy and very comfortable bed. Lovely balcony and the pool was great and super clean. Also we had great views of the lake. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the property to take you into Salo.
