You have to climb lots of stairs to reach the accommodation . The street was noisy during the night which made it quite difficult to sleep without waking up at night even with earplugs

The location is fantastic, we drove to Florence and arrived 2 hours late, our host patiently waited and were so lovely when we got there. We used the public parking just outside the zone and this was fine.

It was close to the city centre . The room was large with comfortable bed , nice toilet and bidet . It’s on the top floor with 65 steps to climb and I loved it as it helped to burn the calories after eating pasta 😀

The only thing I would have preferred to be different is a notice that the cleaning lady would be coming while we were away. The cleaning lady was extremely respectful with our things, I just personally would have preferred a heads up, but I am sure it was circumstancial.

The hosts are lovely, very accommodating. Facilities are just what you need for a trip, clean, safe and literally in the center of town.

Just to be aware that apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator, pretty tiring to walk it up and down and more with bags.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The host Danielle is very kind and welcoming. We have had tea and Nespresso available to us. Very convenient location, few minutes away from Academia and walking distance to everything including train station. Excellent location, many restaurants close by. We had no problem checking in. Danielle was kind to wait for us as our train was delayed and did a check in. We didn’t have to wait or had any difficulties. The only thing to be aware of is the absence of elevator. The apartments are on the last floor (4th floor) and it could be difficult for some people to walk up the stairs and especially with suitcases but this is noted in the description of the hotel so we expected this.

Toilet was really cramped for me personally.

The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, which is saying something because my standards are above average and it's very rare for me to say this. The room was also quite spacious. Location was really central but also not too busy; I could walk to most places and there were a number of food places nearby. Easy communication with Daniele, and he was waiting for me at the time we agreed on - both at check-in and when I was collecting my luggage on the last day. Daniele was also very helpful with recommendations of what to do/eat, carrying my luggage up/down the stairs and storing my luggage on the last day. WiFi was great. Shampoo and shower gel packets were provided. I also appreciated the free supply of coffee (pod and instant ones), tea bags, biscuits and chocolates. Window could be opened and there was also air-conditioning. There is a normal plug and a USB plug near both sides of the bed. Adequate hanging space in the cupboard and also the cutest coat hooks near the door. Temperature and water pressure of the shower was good, and drainage and waterproofing is good too, unlike many of the European accommodations I have been to where the water flows out of the shower stall.

everything you'll see on the pictures on booking, it's true,even looks nicer and all is new. awesome location with amazing superfriendly host,named Danielle.believe me,we've been 10th times in Italy,but this was the best one, like all suppose to be all over Italy .don't trust pictures on booking, because the reality is different, in a very good way. everything is new,even the furniture is brand new. speaking about the host Danielle,this man knows how to made for all tourists an excelent one. everything you need to know starting from very good restaurants till attractions, just write it to him on watsapp,and you'll get asap the perfect answer. stronger recommended is not enough.
