The air conditioning was so noisy that we could not use it during the night, and that’s difficult in the middle of August.

Staff was very nice. The bedanke were good. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The breakfast was disappointing; there is a lot of things but they mostly look stale... I bought bread and brought it in for my second day breakfast.

This hotel was extremely well located. You are about 5 minutes walk from Final Burgo and 15 minutes from the beach and town of Finale Ligure. It is quiet with a great park and a pool. The personnel is extremely nice (especially at the reception). This is a cozy hotel with style. I strongly recommend.

great for a bike holiday, location very close to finalborgo, great facilities for bike storage and wash. lots of space in the room, not the newest but clean and fully functional. very friendly, helpful and accomodating staff

No stairs for the first couple of days, lift only. Kept the room the right temp with the radiator and opening windows as required but not sure how this would work in the summer - think there is AC but never tested it. Shower cubicle functional but very small, probably the only real downside. Not a deal breaker though. Pillows a bit hard and bed felt a bit delicate.

Came for a solo mountain biking holiday and the hotel was perfect for that, plenty of room to spread out and air riding gear, a basic continental breakfast, friendly staff, close to finalborgo so great for eating out in the evening and access to the outdoor hub in the morning.

It’s an old building. The door lock didn’t seem very secure. Shower leaked and kinda flooded the bathroom.

Grounds are beautiful. The view is beautiful. Breakfast is great. Staff is super friendly.

We really enjoy staying here, basic though charming. The breakfast is great, the bike washing and storage is great and the staff always super friendly and try their best to accomodate our needs. It is close to finalborgo and all the bike shuttle companies and there are plenty of restaurants close by.

Electrics in room were poor. Only two plug sockets on opposite side of the room from the bed, both are in use so had to unplug either fridge or TV to charge device. Also had an issue where what appeared to be a power surge stopped my phone from charging for 2 days. Phone started charging again after 2 days but we bought a power bank to ensure nothing else was damaged

Lovely hotel, beautiful room and lovely staff. My son, our dog and I enjoyed playing in the garden while my husband was riding. Short walk to the Borgo and short ride to shuttle meeting point.

The room was very out dated, bed poor quilt very bad and pillow like concrete. The public areas were proper and furnished which suit the property compare with the room a big contrast.

I can't think of anything.

We loved the staff and the friendly feel about the place. From front of house to the catering team to the lovely gardener who was very sweet to our 2year old. They accommodated us for dinner at last minute and could cater for our dietary requirements. The rooms were spacious, we were able to move things around to make the beds work for us. The shower was nice and hot. The play room and little court yard were a bonus for safe spaces for our little one. Very family friendly.

Timing of evening meal too late for small children.

Welcoming atmosphere , good location, for biking, walking, and beach . Interesting historical area and scenery all round. Great swimming pool and garden area and other areas in the hotel to hang out. This hotel even has a children's play room. Goid evening meals and choices. Great breakfast. Very good gluten free options.
