I had an absolutely amazing holiday at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the vibe was welcoming, relaxed, and full of positive energy. AC was too loud for me but you could easily switched off so it wasn’t really problem and the fridge in the room was really poor for my opinion, if i would stayed there for longer period i would be mad about it bcs we couldn’t store the food there

Everything! Florence is insanely touristic (mi dispiace) but the location is more residential and felt more like a real lived-in neighborhood. It was such a luxurious but homey stay with so much consideration for comfort and cleanliness. Daria and Manila were so hospitable and I wouldn't think to stay anywhere else next time in Florence.

We spent one night here and everything was great and as expected.

Location is near public transport so you can easly get to main atracztions. If you like walking then you have cca 15 min walk to attractions which is great because you can feel the soul of the city. Daria is very nice and helpful. She answered on all our question really fast. If you're arriving early in the morning you can leave your luggage there. Room was very clean.

The room we had was on the smaller side, i was told you are able to choose how big you want the room when booking I may have not been given this option due to minimal rooms available when I booked, but just a heads up incase you need the space it’s best to know this and not make the mistake like I did which is not so much on them.

My friend and I recently stayed at this accomodation for 4 nights. It’s very neat and tidy and has a very quirky look about the place with all the different colours and wallpapers it was aesthetically pleasing. Everything is basically new and updated its a very modern place. Daria was wonderful and very communicative prior to our arrival and was also at the building to help out some mornings if we had questions, she was even lovely enough to make me a coffee one morning.

Sound isolation isn’t great — you can hear a lot from the corridor or outside, which might be an issue for light sleepers. The 10:00 AM checkout time, while clearly stated in advance, felt a bit early and made the morning feel rushed. Finally, the luggage storage solution after checkout was disappointing — guests are expected to leave bags unattended in the open lobby at their own risk. It didn’t feel secure enough for valuables.

The location is great — within walking distance to the city center, yet far enough to avoid the heavy crowds. It strikes a nice balance for those who want accessibility without being in the middle of the hustle. The property itself is in an older building, but part of it has been fully renovated, and the result is excellent. My room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a good mattress and all the amenities I needed. While the view wasn’t anything special, the cleanliness and newness of the interior more than made up for it. Hygiene was clearly a priority, which I really appreciated. Mathias, who runs the place, is very responsive and helpful. Most of the process is done online, and self-check-in was smooth. He stayed in touch via WhatsApp and was always available for anything I needed. A small shared kitchenette on the ground floor provides coffee, tea, and water, which is a nice touch.

The security light on the ceiling kind of lit up the room at night, so bevare of that if you’re a sensitive sleeper. We struggled with getting information after registering troughs the self check in link, but we came in contact with the host and got the help we needed.

It’s a good placement for the hotel. Not that far from the old town. The room was are clean and close to the train station.
