Everything was perfect, all the process was done remotely and in a quickly way. Michele was very kind and welcoming with everything. The room was cleaned, have a comfortable space for 2 people. Returning to Florence, this place will be on the top of my list to spend my time there, for sure!

For me personally, it would be helpful to have an option to have breakfast included, without it the price seemed a bit high (though still lower than in other places). It would also be nice to have better toiletries (there were some but it was only shampoo and shower gel combined I believe). For me personally it was a bit unexpected thar the host couldn’t speak English, but we used Google Translate and it wasn’t a big issue since we didn’t need to communicate much (same goes for a lack of reception desk).

The room had a kettle, coffee machine, snacks. The room was cleaned everyday. The location isn’t very central but close to the tram stop. There’s a large COOP supermarket nearby.

The room was very clean, everything was tidy and in good condition. We arrived very late, and the host was very understanding and waited for us. Check-in was smooth, as was check-out. I also left something in the room, and the host was very kind enough to send it to my house. Very happy with our stay :)

It is not well isolated from noise. Below street level. You can hear all the traffic. Noise at mid night from apt above and in the very early morning in the corridor. An iron and ironing board would be something that could help

Good rooms and cleaned enough. All necessary amenities, tv, air conditioners, heat system, coffee and tea machines in the room. Fridge and two bottles of water. It was very mean to us.

The room was clean and the contactless check in and check out processes were perfect for us. The location is very close to a tram station and it was easy to get quickly to the city center.

The room felt a bit small for three people. Keep in mind the additional city tax, and the stay was a bit pricey, which might be typical for Florence.

The room was clean and well-equipped with a small fridge, kettle, cups, coffee capsules, and tea. The bathroom was acceptable, and fresh towels were provided. The daily room service was a nice touch, and the air conditioning worked well. While a bit far from the city center, it was easily accessible by public transport and just a short walk away.

The beds were too small. People on the top flour were making noises with the chair early in the morning.

The photo on booking is a bit misleading as I thought the long hallway was in the apartment. It is actually part of the Florence67 property and from that long hallway you enter in the apartment. Too small, narrow for us (but it may be because we had a lot of luggage as we were on a 7day trip to Cinque Terre before). I believe it is perfect for a city-break to visit Florence. The flat is in a sort of basement, so no big windows.

The apartment was very clean, cleaning done daily, towels changed after two days. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped with everything necessary (incl a more powerful hairdryer in the drawer)

One of the night lamps was not working, and also the door was not sound proof, you could hear guest leaving or arriving, this was specially annoying at early hours of the morning.

The apartments were very nice organized and clean. The check in went smooth, we changed, left our luggage and went out to explore. The room is being cleaned and bed is being done every day. It’s clean and cosy makes you feel relaxed.

The coffee machine in the room didn’t work and the lamp on the right side of the bed was broken.

The location is a 4 min walk to the tram station on line T1 and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the main train station called Firenze Santa Maria Novelle. The beds were done every day without asking extra price. The owner had candy’s and cookies in the main hall which my mom loved very much. We were very happy with the mini fridge and waterboiler in the room.

The room on the street side gets quite loud in the morning due to the windows. So using ear plugs helps.

The room is super clean and gets cleaned every day. The bed and pillow are both foam memory, super comfortable and cozy. The communication with the staff was a bit funny because we had to use google translate but overall went fine. The location is around 15 min away from the center, accessible with the tram.

A modern apartment close to the city center - approx. 12 min by tram T1. I has all the facilities. We also enjoyed the morning coffee and biscuits. Very kind and welcoming host. We had very good time.
