It's not so much what I didn't like, but as a solo traveller, I felt anxious having to walk into a building with a male member of staff. There were many locked doors within the b&b, esp not knowing the system , I had to trust everything would be OK, The gentleman was lovely and curtious. But it wasn't persona, more , that i think by management it should be thought through more. , I felt once I was jn the building, unlike a hotel where you have a receptionist , there was no one to go to , IT un nerved me , it made me rethink my stays anywhere from now on i would def not stay ..

Great location not far from.everything you want to see & for train / bus station.which is why I chose it as my last night Very clean & bright room with a kettle and some complimentary teas and biscuit very nice touch . Outside the room was a communal area if you so wished to sit , coffee pod machine which you could use for a euro,lovely touch The shower room / toilet was down the hall I was made aware it was just for me only , it was very clean and had everything I needed .

The location is perfect, near the station and center too. The flat is very safe, everything is near. Bathroom was good and clean, other rooms not much. There was something smell all time. If you go to florence and want to be near centre i recommended it.

The reception area was good but then you go to go to your room & it’s very dated, dark & shabby. The bathroom was not fit for purpose, no room to move around to even dry yourself after a shower. Would say it’s overpriced for what it was.

I believe we saw a man using drugs just outside the location’s fence on multiple occassions. That was a bit creepy, even though he didn’t harass us in any way. And I found Florence way, way too busy in June. The churches and the Ufizi museum are nice but I couldn’t enjoy it as much because literally every streetcorner was overcrowded. Unlike other Italian cities we visited before and after.

Really close to the station, everything we needed was closeby. Room was decent and clean too. And more spacious than we thought beforehand.

I didn’t like breakfast, because it was sweet breakfast, and I need my proteins with some cheese eggs and veggies. I didn’t like the noise in the morning.

The B&B was located near to Train, tram and bus station close to all tourist attractions. Fareed was very welcoming, kind and gave useful advice during our stay.

I didnt like breakfast system. It was serving on your room between 08:00 to 09:30 am. First day we leaved the room at 09:00am and we didnt received any service in the room. Everybody has their own traveling plan, we can not wait for it until 09:30am. It supposed to be served in common area and everybody should eat according to their own timeline.

I saw some bad comment before i bought this place and i had some concerns but after i accomodated here i couldnt understand the bad comments. I stayed in room number 4. It is spacious and clean also we have a good balcony. Cleaning is good enough, i think its worth to its money. There is noise on the street in the early morning because of the garbage trucks but the noise is not that mych load to wake me up.

The room seems small, it Is very noisy from the street, the windows doesn't stop the noise. The bathroom is small. The sofa is too big for the room. The breakfast is served in the room. The common vibe is a bit old fashioned.

Great location - near the Central railway station in Florence, walking distance to the main landmarks. Good choice for a night or two.
