It is on a 3rd floor without elevator. However, the host helped us to bring up and down the luggage without any issue.

The bed is a little hard, but that's nitpicking at this point. It suited us just fine but others might need more cushioning.

The best part of this place might be the very friendly owner who greeted us, offered advice and held our luggage for us after we checked out because our train wasn't leaving until much later. It may be the central location that still manages to be quiet. It may be the AC, the view of the Duomo from the kitchen patio, or even the kitties you can observe in their rooftop kingdom across the street. But if, like us, you spend hours exploring crowded Florence in 38C heat, you may decide the best part is the absolute incredible water pressure in the shower of your private bathroom. Life changing, I wish I could get their plumber in Liguria. Whatever it may be, this was a wonderful refuge at the end of every day (ok, and in the afternoons for a nap in the AC...) and I would gladly return to this spot with zero hesitation.

We would have liked a kettle, preferably in our room.

A lovely room with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The host was helpful and friendly and even carried our suitcases up the stairs. There was a clean kitchen with tea and coffee available. There are restaurants very nearby. It's an excellent location for train station and attractions.

The double bed was not comfortable and squeaked when making the smallest movement. There is no lift and its on the 3rd floor ( although there is a chair lift for luggage)

Location right in the centre with its tiny cobbled streets and surprisingly not that noisy at night. room was large and light. the kitchen was well equipped with a little terrace.

The facility had everything we needed, was in the heart of Florence but also close to the train station, and the staff were sooo kind and helpful! We had an extremely late check-in and they were happy to work with our schedule.

Amazing location, close to the railway station, food market and the city center. Pretty big room with the view on the small street. They helped us to get up the luggage to the floor. The street was noisy even during the night, but the earplugs were carefully waiting on the table. They also left the bottle of water for us in the refrigerator on the kitchen, but somebody took it :D We had the separate bathroom but it was outside the room

A lot of stairs, noisy street beneath - but the other advantages of the accommodation made up for it

The host was really helpful. It is a lot of stairs without a lift, but he carried our luggage up stairs. The location is great because it is neer the train station (about 7-10 minutes by foot) and also it is located at the old city (about 10-15 minutes by foot) to the main "atractions" or monuments if u will :). We felt safe in the naighberhood. There is a kitchen, the livingroom and cute little taras with klimatic view. The street beneath is very loud (not due cars noise, but people aspecialy draging luggages at diffrent times) but our host gave us earpluggs for the goodnight sleep :). It was clean and comfy. Contakt with the hosts was great. I would defenetly booked it again.

Since the apartment is very old, there is no elevator. :(

It was a very sweet place. The host Filippo and his father were very hospitable and even waited for us until late at night because we were checking in late. They also helped take our luggage upstairs. In terms of location, it was 2 minutes from the train station and within walking distance of the center. We were very pleased :)
