The complete was decorated so classy and our room was beautiful! We had the blue and yellow room. I loved the tile on the floor on the bathroom! The receptionist was warm and helpful. Everything was wonderful!

Some areas of the bathroom needed a bit more cleaning - the towel rail was super dusty and there was a tiny bit of mould in the shower, but this was really minor

Fantastic location and the host was extremely nice. She very kindly let us store our luggage after check out for a number of hours. We had even accidentally left something in the room and they put it on our suitcase for us. Free cold water was provided in the reception area.

The website says there is breakfast, but there was none. The signs in the hotel also say “B&B.”

There was only one thing that was not preferable about the location and it was the fact it did not have an elevator. The staff will help you bring your suitcases up the stairs, but it is something to note. Outstanding place though.

This location was a step back in time of beauty! The Venetian style and location were incredible. The staff was amazing super sweet. Helped with baggage. Helped set up a taxi for a very early morning trip back to the airport and even text to make sure everything went OK before I got onto the plane. Incredible service.

It was very difficult because I had to climb up two floors without an elevator. The room was so dark that it was difficult to organize my luggage. It was stuffy because I couldn't even open the window. So It was a little difficult to stay in a small, dark, old room with stuffy air.

The room is pretty standard ... no bar fridge but pleasant to come to after a big day of exploring Florence.

The lady who manages the apartments was fantastic... so helpful and sweet. She really made us feel at home and let us use her fridge to store our perishables. Free coffee and snacks were appreciated, too. Bed was comfy. Good location in the centre of town.

I have no complaints, it was perfect!

It was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained. It was so close to the Duomo without feeling congested or crowded, even during busy tourist season! The room was gorgeous, and it was a perfect place to rest before going out for an active day.

This was my best stay in Italy! The entire experience was absolutely magical. From the stunning location and incredible staff to the beauty of the room—everything was perfect! It rained the whole time during our stay, but that only made Florence feel even more enchanting. The hotel’s location was ideal, right in the heart of everything—restaurants, shops, and landmarks—making it easy to explore entirely on foot. Oh, and we had the best pizza just a few buildings away at Simbiosi! The wonderful lady at the front desk recommended it, and it was an organic pizza place that was absolutely delicious! The toilet flush was very loud. If you're a heavy sleeper it won't bother you.

Location was great. It was very close to the station and the historic centre. The street was quite.The bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent. Complimentary water, tea and coffee was a nice touch.
