Upstairs neighbours were very loud! Bagging on the floor while and yelling a lot, dog barking. Mold in the bathroom. Not sure why they bothered to “clean” the room everyday when only the bed was med and nothing was actually cleaned in the bathroom.

I never met any of the staff, which was unexpected. Booking.com indicated that breakfast would be available for 6 euros, but no breakfast (as I mentioned: there was no staff on-site) was served. The lack of staff also slightly complicated paying the city tax, which I had to deposit in exact cash sum in a secure location.

The location of the hotel is great, it's a peaceful yet central location. The room was nice and clean, and there was functioning air conditioning (which, considering the late June heat, was essential).

The upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy at times.

The location was nice with easy bus access to centre of Florence, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, tv had numerous options (Netflix etc), ensuite was nice, fridge in the room was handy, kitchen facilities (kettle/microwave/crockery) were helpful, outdoor terrace area was nice.

Location is a 10 to 12€ taxi ride from SMN station. Do NOT recommend you try walking it with a suitcase. Google maps says 3.2 km. If you are driving neighborhood parking seems sparse.

The B&B is very much self service. On site staff is non existent pretty normal post covid. Early departure so we didn't get breakfast. You are sent entry instructions through booking.com. somewhat complicated but once you get there easy enough to understand. Very nice Belle epoque neighborhood, quiet, lots of tree lined streets. The room itself was nice, comfortable, had a small fridge. Very comfortable mattress. .

The room had old furniture but that didn't bother us much as it gave off a vintage aura. What we didn't like, however, is that it was something completely different from what we had chosen. The wall had mold in a spot that wasn't clearly visible, like behind the headboard of the bed. Similarly, when entering the bathroom, the radiator body was dirty and the shower wall had mold. Finally, due to the humidity, the smell of mold and the cold at night, we had to open and close the window on occasion, but to get to it we had to climb on a chair as it was in the basement and the window was very high.

Florence Decamerone B&B is a lovely, charming place with a cozy Tuscan ambiance. It offers elegant rooms and warm, attentive service. The private bathroom was spotless, and little touches like a kettle made the stay extra comfortable. A truly delightful and peaceful retreat in Florence!

Small room, very humid, with many mosquitoes, with walls not soundproof at all (can hear next door and upstairs as they are sleeping with you). Definitely too expensive compared to the offering.

The host of this property was very unwelcoming from the get go. Especially if you are from UK/Ireland expect to be treated coldly. She told us we could not use the pool as it was cleaning when the machine wasn’t even on just so we couldn’t enjoy it. She accused us of stealing an ash tray 😔 she walked into our room to clean while I was getting undressed and refused to leave which made me feel really uncomfortable. We were constantly being texted to be essentially told of for all manner of actions which everyone else seemed to be doing without any issue? Very strange behaviour and it’s a shame because the property itself is gorgeous.

The room was a little bit dirty: there was dust and crumbs, generally the room wasn't clean. The doors in the bathroom could not be closed. The localization has a bad designation. I had a problem to find it. In the offer it stands as Bed&Breakfast, while there was no breakfast and it wasn't clearly pointed in the offer. Generally, there were too many disadvantages as for place with that price.

Localization not so far from the center. It is possible to walk by foot. The linen and towels was fresh, there were soaps and toilet paper and bottles of water in the fridge. Localization in nice, silent place. In the room there was a fridge and hairdryer. In the kitchen there were cups, kettle and tea and also microwave.

Terrible location, hard to get unless you get a taxi. Staff are non existent, they are simple not around. Unless you pre-order the breakfast you won't get food in this b and b. Toilets smell like urine.

We have nothing but praise for this accommodation.

The host and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The bathroom was of a good size and the shower functioned well.The swimming pool was great for our kids and we were able to use the outdoor space until late in the evening.

Pillows were rock hard and bed was very uncomfortable, bed and breakfast but no breakfast provided. Very loud neighbours struggled to sleep as it seemed like they were moving furniture around most of the night and early morning. People in the kitchen bashing cutlery around at midnight. No customer service, told them I had no euros and only card but was adament no card service for the tourist cash, yet when I gave them English money instead that soon changed. No meeting or greeted by any staff, only when they were after the tourist fee when we were leaving. Very poor service compared to a lot of other places we have stayed and will not stay at this property again.

The bed was terrible. Mattress was thin and the bed frame creeked loudly every time you laid down or sat on it. It was so loud I thought the other guests might complain. Also despite being called a Bed and Breakfast, there was no Breakfast. There were two vending machines if you wanted coffee or food. I had only one interaction with staff which was not particularly friendly. Location is a little out of the way from the main attractions. Not many eating options close by. Furniture was cheap.

Room was clean and a decent size. Shower was good with plenty of hot water.
