The room was not so clean and the shower was a bit small. Also we could hear everything from the neighbours. The breakfast could be improved.

I liked the hotel, it was close to train station so we could easily go to Rome. The room was spacious. The staff was nice also.

The extra bed was too high, no bed protection for a child. The restaurant was not working, it was hard to find food places open before 19:30.

Nice hotel, very old building. There was a lift, so we didn’t have to carry baggage by hand on third floor. Breakfast was included.

wifi was non usable in my room had to use the meeting room/breakfast area to get decent bandwidth. Other than that its a solid stay. If they upgraded their overall wifi in the rooms and bandwidth In would stay here every time. Its the only limitation which can be frustrating. More so as well as I only get 2-3 bars on my phone reception so hotel bandwidth becomes essential which is lacking here.

Nice staff family operation clean and functional rooms and solid for the rate paid and excellent location can walk everywhere in Frascati.

The tea had coffee making facilities were poor. Paper cups to have tea and coffee in instead of ceramic or porcelain. The shower didn't allow for you to stand fully straight so you had to crouch under it to full rinse yourself off. WiFi reception for where we were situated was very poor.

The bed in the room was very big and comfortable. Very close to the train station to be able to get to Rome.

The rooms in the annex are a little outdated and could do with a refresh and the shower could do with being a bit bigger

The villa itself is very beautiful and the location in Frascati is excellent. 5 minute walk and you’re right in the center. The staff are always polite and helpful. The room was big and the bed nice and comfortable

The room was fantastic, with a bathtub and hydromassage option :D The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi, which didn't reach my room, and since I was travelling for work, that was a bit annoying. The staff and breakfast were amazing. The room is in a perfect location, close to Frascati center and still very quiet.

There was no food available in the evening.

We were driving and wanted to visit Rome, but not have to drive into Rome. Frascati was a perfect place to go. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station which has a regular service to Rome Termini. There is secure parking at the hotel. Frascati itself is an interesting place and has lots of good restaurants.

Rooftop bar looks lovely in photos but didn’t exist - big disappointment. Description says coffee house on site but all we found was the downstairs bar where we could get a morning coffee but nothing during the afternoon. Minor things in room - wobbly toilet seat, small patch of mould high on the bathroom wall.

Excellent location on the edge of Frascati centre. Beautiful buildings and lovely rooms. Parking available. Very helpful staff - particularly good at organising the limited parking so that everyone could fit in.

Our favorite hotel when we are in the Rome area. Very calm in Frascati, access to everything and 25 minutes to Rome by AC-ed train. Nice style, not kitschy

Did not have breakfast as too expensive as we only want coffee and croissants. Lots of local bars offer what we look for. Would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We were able to park at the hotel but they could not guarantee it.

It would have been nice not to be reminded that everything we did in the hotel came with an extra charge - a little more flexibility also to accommodate for a coffee afternoon even if the bar was “closed”
