There is no fridge in the room and personnel could be better trained

There are positive aspects (superb location, modern, clean, and spacious room, everything like in the advertised pictures) but our stay was not completed due to technical issues that could have been foreseen during the extensive renovation. I give it 10 mainly for the professionalism of Olga and how she managed the issue, the refund and the relocation

Everything was wonderful -- beautifully decorated and so very comfortable, fantastic location close to everything we wanted to see in Florence, but in a quiet area away from the crowds. We loved it and would absolutely return!

The breakfast had a variety of choices and the room had a wonderful view to enjoy at the same time. The location was right off the tram line so it was walkable as well as close to public transport for getting to old town center.

There was practically nothing that bothered me, though I would prefer not to drag my suitcase on the few stairs upon my arrival and my departure… The elevator was small but so vintage! I loved it! I think it would be nice to add a small refrigerator in the room. Also, check-out takes place a bit too early…

The hotel was located in a very nice area, close to all the places of interest I wanted to visit. We could find some nice restaurants and cafés nearby. Our room was clean, it had a fine scent and it was decorated with taste. It was comfortable and spacious and very quiet. The whole place was elegant, modern, well equipped and well-lit and I especially liked the breakfast room. Allessandro was very friendly and helpful, all his suggestions and advice was valuable and he made our stay easy and relaxed. I enjoyed breakfast as well, though there is room for improvement.

We truly appreciated the refined and spacious interior with its attention to detail. The room boasts new furniture, air conditioning, a TV, and a bathroom stocked with all necessary amenities. The apartment was impeccably clean, and we particularly enjoyed the good quality mattresses on the bed. The property's location is also perfect, situated close to the city center – literally a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. The staff members were helpful and polite. In the morning, a light but lovely breakfast is available in the living room for an extra fee.

Breakfast could have been better, with more quality and local products. Everything was industrialized food, and considering you are in Tuscany (and I'm from there), I know you can have better offers without going fancy. But it is a minor aspect, and the overall stay was enjoyable.

The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a nice view of the botanical garden. The staff was very friendly and available to accommodate our needs.

Superbly beautiful B&B, and pretty central in Firenze. The room was spacious, good ambiance and beds were great. The breakfast was decent, though differed a bit from day to day. The early worm does get the best worm in this B&B. The man who made the breakfast was nice towards the guests, but forgot to ask all the guests if they wanted coffee made (he asked my husband, but not me, very strange...). The shower gel was empty when we arrived, but was not filled up for the next day. (We had put the flask on the sink, but it was just removed and not refilled.) All in all a very lovely place to stay.

We were impressed with the elegance of the place. Big, comfortable, cosy place to stay , with excellent service . Beautiful location , next to Botanical Garden and St Marco Church and Museum. 10 minutes walk to Accademia and Giotto Tower.

Everything was great, the mosquitoes in the room were a bit much, but not sure that is the hotel's fault. That's a "Florence" issue.

It is a beautiful property in an old elegant building. There is a tiny elevator that helps with your bags up to the 4th floor. The management and staff were accommodating to our earlier arrival. Exceptional cleanliness! The breakfast was delicious, our favorite of our 2 week trip. This location is merely a block away from the Accademia Museum and the Statue of David.

Just a few small things that would make this property even better: better pillows (ours were flat and provided no support), a suitcase rack in the room, and an option to contact someone if there’s a problem. Guests are completely on their own after morning service.

Very nice property and very clean! The location was perfect for our needs, and we loved our room—it was comfortable (even though it was a bit small) and quiet. The staff were also wonderful and spoiled us during our stay! Oksana cleaned our room every day with the utmost care. We come to Florence every year, and I think we’ve finally found our hotel! I’ve recommended it to our friends and family.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable and our room was very clean and quiet. The staff was wonderful. Each morning we had a very nice breakfast. If we ever were to go back to Florence, we would go back to the Flor.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming.

Gorgeous, clean, elegant room with an incredible view in a quiet part of town so not as noisy/busy with crowds but close by to all the attractions. The gals that run it know what they’re doing. This was my favorite hotel we stayed in during our entire 2 week trip in Italy! Will absolutely return if we are ever back in Florence. Really highly recommend.
