Its not clean as you enter the building. Keys hard to open the door. Very steep stairway and so narrow you might fall.

Clean bed cold aircon. Its not noisy you can sleepwell.

The pillows were very flat and one was lumpy The shower was moldy and the show head was all over the place. There's mold on the walls in the bedroom. The air-conditioning was in bits.

Tiny bathroom.

About 20 min walk to airport and 30 min walk to the Tower. We needed a place for an early flight and this place was good for that. Clean bed for a sleep.

We needed a hotel to stay overnight for an early flight. And Five Keys is perfect for that. It is 20 min walk from the airport. Bed and bathroom is all you need. And you can take a 0,5h walk to the Tower. So we did. Nothing special but all you need.

As we were on a basic package but no cups or water bottle were provided. As shown in pictures, no coffee machine was there.

Location was perfect and it was value for money. Staff was good and instructions were clear. Room was clean and basic amenities like towel soap were there . Microwave was also there outside the room. The room had a huge balcony. Good transport connectivity

Unclean floor (full of human hair) in the room. Wi-Fi not working on the upper floors. No kitchen supplies (no dishes, no cups, no cutlery... just a kettle and a microwave).

Convenient location, self check in when arriving at night. Good water pressure in the shower, hair dryer. Fresh bed sheets and towels.

Not clean and smell of mould and dust. Floor dusty and the outside kitchen did not have anything except of microwave and empty capsule coffee machine.

Big room close to the center. The bed and sheets were clean. Free wifi.

Bathroom is mouldy, leaking shower head, lack of a bath mat or a hand towel. Shower gel and shampoo provided were 1ltr bottles so who knows how long it’s been there. Another thing to point out would be how loud the street is so best to have earplugs to sleep.

You can ear all the noise from outside and from other rooms. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning and maintenance. Only 1 toilet paper was given (and not even full).

The bathroom was full of mould, some mould on the walls as well. The wardrobe looked like it hadn’t been checked as there was someone’s coat left behind. The floor wasn’t swept. The curtain tie was broken and left in one of the drawers. The downstairs looked like an old storage room - not welcoming at all. Coffee machine available downstairs but only plastic cups for cold water available- imagine doing a hot drink in them. The only person that came to give us the keys hardly spoke English and was not very helpful.

I did like the location as it was half way between the airport and city centre by foot approximately 20-25 minutes

We live on the ground floor and there’s a loud machine (probably heater) sound coming from right outside of the room. The WiFi is slow and unstable, constantly disconnects.

It’s walkable distance from the airport and train station, the bed is comfortable. The room is very clean. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided.
