The property was great and I loved the neighbourhood. It's not right in the centre of everything, which is how I prefer it, but this might not suit everyone. The hotel is about a twenty minute walk to major tourist attractions, ten minute walk to the Metro, lots of buses nearby. Very easy to get around.

Wonderful room, generous breakfast, friendly staff especially Carlos. My flight landed at 6am and they bent over backwards to accommodate an early check in. Made my visit to Rome very easy.

The property was slightly dated and the wallpaper was peeling. Quite a lot of dust around the corners of the room. When we attempted to dry our hair the hairdryer would cut out after a couple of minutes so it was pretty useless. Be aware the property is a good 40 minute walk from the central (which we didn’t look into)

The staff were lovely and welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Given a welcome drink which was a lovely touch. Comfy bed and fantastic air conditioning to come back to after very warm days. Cleaner came each day to freshen up the room.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby. The breakfast has a lot of variety. The staff were very attentive and polite. They also give you the cutest shower slippers. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly. Top-notch service. Special thanks to Simone and Carlos, who handled my check-in and check-out and were helpful during my stay. They also had a little something for my birthday (a little candle on a muffin), which I thought was nice of them. The room was of a good standard, clean, and breakfast was generous for the price.

What an amazing hotel really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Fiume !! Rather I would say it a luxury home hotel because it gave us a home feeling All the staff were so much care loving !! Nothing - everything was great.

The room was great, clean and quiet - everything was perfect. The location was very nice - walking distance to the main train station, but also in a safe neighbourhood. There is a great cafe in front of the hotel - as well as other restaurants nearby. Overall, everything was great!

After 10 days travelling around Italy I can confirm this hotel was our favorite. The attention was superb, specially from Carlos who was super kind everyday. We liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay here. We used the gym everyday and it was clean and complete which was a great bonus. If you like good attention, and a great location (close to everything) I would highly recommend to stay here! Thank you Carlos for everything

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable– but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. You can really feel that they care about their guests. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Very good value for money option to spend a weekend in Rome. Quick access to major Roma’s points of interest, very good choice of restaurants in a close vicinity. Surprisingly well equipped gym for a quick workout for the start of the day. My kudos to Carlos at the reception with very caring approach to guests.

A little bit outside of the city centre. Not a big deal, but keep this in mind. The TV was older too and not a lot of the channels worked.
