Reviews of Firenze Suite

Jaw-dropping boutique hotel. It's an old monastery turned into a hotel. We were upgraded for free to the top suite. There were stunning frescos throughout the location. A large, spacious room with a private garden and equally pretty bathroom. When we checked in after hours, the owner, Blerina, personally called us up and guided us through check-in. We were also able to casually chat with Blerina, her husband, and the receptionist for recommendations. We felt incredibly welcome and taken care of.

The property was excellent, very aesthetic, comfortable and well maintained, we especially recommend their Duplex suite, worth every penny we spent, very good location as well

We recently stayed at Firenze Suite and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the summer heat. The location is also quite convenient for exploring the city.

However, we encountered an issue on our second night when we found small cockroaches in the bathroom. Understandably, this was quite unpleasant. We reported the problem and were moved to another room the following morning. While the staff was polite and offered an apology, no further gesture was made to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, while the accommodation has potential and some very good qualities, the experience was somewhat tainted by the hygiene issue and the lack of compensation or follow-up for the trouble caused.

Staff was really friendly and welcoming, hotel looked nice and has nice features. We got an upgraded room and was a very large suite. 10 min walk to the city centre and DOMO.

Bed's and pillows weren't very comfy. Shower was quite small. If the bed and shower was a bit more renovated that wold have been nice.

The apartment was very nice - well located within walking distance of the center and main attractions. We were lucky to get an apartment with a small kitchen which gave us some freedom for eating options. Was very clean and it was cleaned every day, communication was great!

Only small downside the gate in front of the main door didn’t lock as either the key or lock was broken. For two women alone that was not the best but still overall fine as the door would lock.

The staff are amazing especially SARA she is GREAT!!! The location is amazing, a walking distance to everything. the rooms are HUGE beautiful clean. The area is safe and the hotel is safe. The air-condition is perfect.

The location coming by car is tricky and narrow streets however the hotel offered a valet parking he took the cars upon our arrival and was very kind and caring in returning it in good condition knowing that the parking fees are not cheap. The place could use more plugs near the bed, it could also need MORE LIGHTING as its dim.

As in all of Italy, we missed having a screen on the windows. We love fresh air but after a couple of mosquito bites, we resorted to AC.

Well located quiet and exceptionally clean.

Bed was a bit hard.
