We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe furniture and decor look quite tired and smell a bit, although room are well maintained. The road next door is quite noisy, so might disturb people. I was so tired after a day out in Milan, that I virtually didn't notice it)
The hotel is in close proximity to Saronno train station and has a ground floor bar with selection of drinks. It has good access to shopping and an easy 25-minute train journey to Malpensa airport and under 20 minutes to the centre of Milan. Staff are always courteous and helpful even if not all of them speak English,

SwitzerlandThe rooms are very noisy. You can hear every footstep in the corridor and every movement of the room next door. They are however clean and of decent size.
Quiet and 15min walk to train station. Trains run every 7min to Milano but some trains take longer than others. The staff were all lovely friendly ladies.

SpainI read that it was at 5 minutes from the station, in fact it is 15 minuts far more or less. That is not a problem but arriving there at night scares a little bit but in the end it is in a quiet zone.
The hotel was good the room is very good and the workers are so nice! They have also a bar where you can take a morning coffee without the necessity of paying he whole breakfast.

ArmeniaI booked a room for my wife for 3 nights. It turned out they don't have a 24-hour reception and don't let guests in at night. They suggested waiting outside for 6 hours until the hotel opens. Although the room was already paid for, we had to take a room in another hotel for one night so as not to be left on the street.
