Everything was perfect! The host was very friendly and always available if we needed anything. The instructions were clear and made our stay so easy. The apartment was very clean, just a short walk from the Colosseum and about 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. The location is excellent, close to the city center.

The pillows were a bit too soft and the water pressure in the shower could be a bit better. Those are small things though. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the quirky front door and the antique elevator. They really add to the character of this place. The room was clean and comfortable for the most part.

Elevator didn’t work on the morning we left which was inconvenient. No instructions for the air conditioning but we got it working in the end.

Quite accessible from Termini, which suited us for an overnight stay. Bed was ok the suite is modern and functional/basic. The host was communicative.

The host Riccardo was amazing. He was there to help whenever we wanted. He also gave us local advice which was extremely helpful. The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. And it had a lift! Between 20 - 25 minute walk to all the major sites, except the Vatican. But uber black drivers here in Rome are amazing as well. Definitely recommend this place.

The place was lovely, quite spacious, clean, and modern! The pillows were super comfortable which allowed for a great sleep! All facilities were great as well. Riccardo (the host) was amazing, he kept checking in with us to make sure everything was all good.

Overall nothing major. Entering the property takes a bit of time to read up on but that comes with the territory of booking a room that’s self check-in. Just make sure you’re prepared before arrival.

- Great location and walking distance to the main station (Termini) as well as popular tourist sites. - The room was great; spacious and clean. - Riccardo was brilliant, on hand with any questions and sent helpful instructions. Including a guide for Rome. We would stay here again when in Rome.

We thought everything was amazing. Just a couple of things, the lift alarm right outside the apartment was a little annoying but we got used to it. The access to the property was confusing to start with but we knew Riccardo was always on hand by WhatsApp, so it wasn’t really a bother. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Good location, the AC worked very well! It was over 90 degrees out and the room stayed cool. We also went to one of the restaurants suggested by the owner, Colline Emiliane, and the pasta was amazing.
