Very nice bedroom with the ceiling decorated with original fresco painting , very good size, shower and bed, incredible view to Duomo, great location and super special staff. We checked out early, and the hotel manager kindly provided us with a brealfast the night before.

The breakfast could be better.

Andrea was such an accommodating host and went above and beyond for our stay. The rooms were beautiful.

Firenze al Duomo has an excellent location - it’s close to everything major in Florence. It’s a nice boutique hotel with limited guests, and it’s perfect for solo travellers. The staff is amazing and kind - Andrea was very very helpful before and during my stay!

Undoubtedly, one of the best accommodation experiences we've ever had! Andrea was super helpful with all the questions we had. Location was ON POINT! 10 out of 10 in all aspects.

The villa felt exclusive and so central- right opposite the beautiful Duomo. The service from the team was prompt and friendly. The room was very spacious, tastefully designed and appointed and the bathroom was beautiful too. Best shower of the holiday. I loved booking restaurants for dinner and they were all a short walk away- Regina Bistecca being our favorite!

The air conditioning struggled to keep us cool in the heat.

For duomo tourism, this is the best location. Breakfast restaurant is wonderful. All the experiences of checking in, comfort, leisure, amenities and professionalism were far beyond excellence. They even stayed in touch via WhatsApp and steered us to enjoy the best of Florence. Andrea is an exceptional host. He is dedicated to his work and beyond. Thank you for arranging the taxi and for making sure that we have reached safely at our destination.

Amazing location and remarkably quiet given we were right on the piazza. We had a little terrace (although a bit rainy at times so we didn't use it as much as we would have liked). The room is glorious with original (refreshed) frescos on the ceiling. There are only 5 bedrooms in this B&B, with a couple of common spaces. It is all beautifully appointed. You get a voucher to have a delicious breakfast every morning at a nearby cafe. Andrea was a marvellous host! He was so attentive and extremely responsive. He organised a taxi to the train station when we left, and walked with us and our luggage to where we picked up the taxi, ensuring everything went smoothly. His service was outstanding. We highly recommend this property and the staff.

It was very beautiful and luxurious room with a stunning view to Duomo. We had 2 amazing days in Florence and Lucia and Andrea when above and beyond to make our experience even more memorable.

Convenient location, clean.

You cannot beat the location of this property! You step out the front door and the Duomo Is right there. We had the room looking at the duomo and I highly recommend that room if it’s available. The staff was amazing, went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t go get breakfast one morning so he went and grabbed us a pack breakfast the night before and had it waiting for us in our rooms.

Andrea's welcome was excellent, even late at night. His local advice was so helpful and really appreciated so we could make the most of our short stay. We will return again for longer.

It was all perfect

Amazing location, beautiful adorned room, bathroom and terrace and world class service from the management. The property is located directly opposite the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and there are so many restaurants, shops and bars to choose from on your door step. Would highly recommend and I would have no hesitation staying here again next time we visit Florence.

Thank you to the staff for their warm and attentive assistance throughout our stay. The location was excellent, and the room was fantastic. I look forward to returning with my family in the future.

Very Clean, Andreas was very helpful and the restaurant associated with the property for breakfasts was excellent. Lovely little private terrace off the room - really enjoyed the respite from the crowds of Piazza del Duomo.

Light enough to read by in the room would be nice.

Location Athmosphere Staff Cleaness

Absolutely amazing location. The rooms are stunning. We opted for one of two with a private terrace which was perfect for us to enjoy pre drinks and nibbles before heading out for supper in the evenings. The other rooms have direct views onto the Duomo. The staff were wonderful, communicative and helpful with requests. An absolute gem of an hotel.

Very clean, spacious room with the great view, location was just perfect!

Gorgeous room, wonderful staff and so reactive to questions and suggestions, it made our stay all that much richer and more enjoyable. They literally got me an entire cake for my birthday - they are angelic and the room is stunning.

Only thing is the room could have a little more lighting but that's the only thing I'd comment on and its soo minor, everything is superb.

We were warmly welcomed by Andrea. He gave explicit information on the hotel. The latter has only 5 rooms, some with view on the Duomo Cathedral and larger floor area. Breakfast was served outside in a nearby restaurant. Plenty of food. Location was perfect opposite the Duomo cathedral. It is right in the centre. All amenities and train station are within walking distance.

There were only 3 choices of breakfast, though enough in each. More varieties would be preferable.
