Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Naples is a bit of a dirty city with lots of graffiti everywhere... The bus into town was always packed...
It was a very nice and clean and tidy hotel ... Lots of good food spots nearby and one bus straight to the airport and one bus to the train station. The staff were very helpful

The area is incredibly dirty and crowded with cars and traffic and it takes long to reach the city center, is well suited only for reaching the airport in 15-20’. However you can use public transportation only after 6 a.m. and buses have long and irregular arrival intervals.
It is just ok and 10 m away of the sole acceptable restaurant in the area. Rooms are quiet, windows are towards an interior yard

The location is a bit far from city center and port but other than that it’s perfect.
The room is very clean and cozy, the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful.

Distance from the hotel to the center is fine, but the bus that goes there is really unreliable. If you don't mind waiting, then it's ok. Had to check out early, reception booked a taxi for me for 4 am. Taxi arrived at 4.20 am..
Staff was nice and helpful. The room was fine considering the price. There is a nice restaurant right next to the hotel.

It was a bit noisy but that was to be expected. It was the surrounding area that was loud.
The property was very clean and the staff were exceptional. They were very helpful.

I was told to be careful outside at night, as the area is not particularly safe. This however it is not the hotel's responsibility.

The staff was, in one word, fantastic. They really helped with everything such as which bus and metro to take to get to the old center and to Pompeii and Herculanium and the National archaeological museum. I wanted to stay for 7 days but the hotel was full, I could only book for 4 days. After the 4 days they tried to find me another hotel, which they succeeded in a nearby hotel. As for the room: the room was very clean and I appreciated that you can make your own coffee or tea. The mattress was very good and the bathroom is OK too. Thank you very much for all your efforts. Fantastic! Strongly recommended.

The bathroom was very small, not very clean and we only later found out that it is not a very safe area to stay and all the shops were closed due to holidays. Staying here is quite a commute to the center of the city and that was a mission because busses are incredibly unreliable in Napoli
The staff here where exceptionally kind and helpful and the pizza resturant next door is still the best pizza we have had on our entire trip.

Safety deposit box too small for 13" laptop.
Gentleman at reception was polite and helpful. Convenient location for the airport. Parking free, covered and on site. Room as described. Good shower and toiletries. Various restaurants nearby.

Didn't have a mini fridge, or ice machine for in room drinks. Small hotel so no bar to sit at.
The room was great for what we needed. We were spending one night in Napoli before our flight the next morning. The room was perfect, nice bathroom, very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Great price. If you want a little more, go with their sister hotel just 100 meters away Hotel Palazzo Argenta (same owner).

If you are a foreign tourist this is quite a bad location and really difficult to get into the old town. Our taxi to the port ended up being quick expensive etc.
Staff were friendly and they offer taxis to get around. The room was very large and clean. Our heat pump didn’t work but the staff was quick to look into it and upgraded our room for the second night.

There is no shuttle to the airport, they will call a taxi.
