Wonderful!! The staff are so friendly! Francesco and his brother were very welcoming. Romanella in the evenings was cheerful and lovely. The poor area is great to relax in on a hot day. The room we clean and cosy with amazing AC!

I wish the rooms and layout of the pool were bigger but photos can be deceiving.

The staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations on where to go.The breakfast was really good and the espresso was one not to forget. A 5-10 minute walk to the beach with all the restaurants and shopping on the way there not to mention a supermarket around the corner.Parking? No problem. Vallet available anytime you need your automobile.

When we wrote to the hotel beforehand about transportation to and from the hotel, we got a response in Italian, which made us choose another vendor for transport. It felt a bit odd that I had to pay the city tax in cash, when all other payments were done by credit card. There is a bit of noise from cars and scooters during night, but nothing big - the rooms were pretty sound-proof.

It is a small, family-owned place with a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Decent breakfast with amazing homemade cake every day. Easy access to restaurants and the beach without it being too much in the middle of everything. Nice cozy vibe and a little pool to cool down at the premises. Clean, nice and charming.

The rooms were well kept and modern. The property was centrally located with a five minute walk to the beach, and had a pool which was a bonus. The owners and staff were helpful and kind.

Not a complaint at all but it is slightly farther away, but again only by a couple minutes walking.

This place was great! The room was very comfortable and plenty spacious. The shower was wonderful and the AC was great! Loved that it had a little personal outdoor space. There’s a small but lovely pool which is great for cooling off or hanging out after the beach and a cute little bar to enjoy.

Very very minor details, we would have liked some actual coffee cups in the room, along with some glasses or even reusable plastic cups for water. Other than that it was truly excellent.

Firstly the location is great, just outside of the busy area for food and drinks and just 5 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was served at a reasonable time and the variety of foods was great, fresh cake every day, amazing! The pool, although not massive, provided ample relief from the heat of the day and was surrounded by lemon and small palm trees. All of the staff were lovely and informative, and went out of their way to be as helpful as they could.

Fior di Lino Rooms has everything you need and more. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and the center of San Vito. After a hot day, the pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. Breakfast was great each morning, and the relaxing patio with lemon trees adds a special touch—you can even pick your own lemons. The hosts—two brothers and their parents—were incredibly warm and welcoming. They live nearby and were always available if we needed anything. The room was perfect with a very cool AC unit, ideal for the hot weather. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Honestly, stop looking. This is the place to book.

We had an amazing time at Fior di Lino Rooms. It's a family-run business, and the owners are welcoming, polite and very professional. Clean rooms, small buffet breakfast with a good selection of fresh/local products, and only 5/7 minutes away from San Vito Lo Capo main beach. Definitely recommended.

Loved this spot! The free breakfast in the morning was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and utilizing the bar in the evenings! Walking distance to everything! The staff was lovely and very helpful!

This is a beautiful little hotel centred around a patio / garden and little pool. Each room has its own patio also. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, a short walk away from the beach and hustle and bustle in a tranquil corner of town, a big plus was also how easy it was to drive from the main road. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We stayed with our almost 3yr old, it felt very safe and easy and the team were extremely very kind and patient. Would highly recommend and return.

It’s an oasis with comfy rooms , lovely breakfast on offer and a superb outdoor and pool area to relax in after a long day out exploring the nearby beaches and area. Francesco and his team were super helpful and attentive… couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Great value.

A very small thing but the pillows were quite hard (it didnt bother my husband), certainly not enough to stop me going back.

Amazing little family run property in the heart of San Vito Lo Copa. Perfect location, a couple of mins walk to the beach and all the restaurants/shops. Rooms were clean, airy and had great aircon. The pool/bar area was beautiful and so peaceful, everything is exactly as pictured. We had a rental car and the owner kindly offered us a parking pass so we could park right outside free of charge! Couldnt say enough great things about this little place, STAY HERE!

Great location and lovely apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was quite small but perfect for spending the first day after a long night of travelling. Breakfast was very good also.

Our private courtyard didn’t have shade which made it difficult to sit in during the day with a baby (the other ones did) and only one chair
