Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Absolutely beautiful bnb with a lovely host who is generous with her time and expertise. The decor was just stunning and we enjoyed the breakfast. All so thoughtful. There are only 3 rooms and we rented one each. The hotel is in an excellent location minutes walk from the centre, but very quiet.

Everything was great
The room was perfectly appointed, clean, stylish and comfortable. Comfortable bed, great pillows, and the shower was great. Location is fabulous and breakfast was delicious. Corrada is a fabulous host. It was truly wonderful and we will be back.

Everything was absolutely amazing ! Corrada is the most generous and kind host, she takes great care of us ! The breakfast is excellent. We would have liked to stay many more nights, highly recommended !

Beautiful room including a very spacious bathroom. Very well located close to the historical centre. Corrada, our host was super helpful, both with the check in / check out and with recommendations for visiting Noto. And breakfast was delicious!

Nothing - do yourself a favour and stay here
Fabulous B&B - I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Noto. The accommodation is modern and cozy, with a warm feel. The host is fantastic, kind, and helpful. Breakfast is generous and delicious. The room has a great balcony to watch the sunset, and inside the room you'll find beautifully decorated decor, a comfy bed, and a massive shower! It is only a short walk down to the main street Vittorio Emanuele. Parking is free on the same street if you can find a spot.

There was nothing at all that we could say negative. Even with my handicap I was able to manipulate everything.
Perfect and convenient to everything and very easy to get to. The hostess was more than hospitable and kind. She purchased tickets also. Room and breakfast were amazing!! We would highly recommend this B&B and pray that Corrada continues to have success in her family home.

All good.
Contemporary design and a tranquil atmosphere. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Location central and easily accessible. Breakfast excellent and plentiful, including orange juice from Corrada’s garden. Corrada is a charming and exceptional host. She bought tickets online for us for the flower festival and as we were in a rush drove us to the station. She went above and beyond. Recommend this B&B wholeheartedly.

The host, a very kind and nice Sicilian lady, grew up in this house with a great Sicilian family life. She renovated the house with the best materials and beautiful photo's into three apartments. Her main motivation is to make the house available for guests as she has experienced in the past. This is one of those pearls you never find yourself. When you plan to go to Noto this is the place to stay.

No tea making facilities in the room but you did have access to the breakfast room to make if need be.
Excellent facilities including referb bathroom. Owner Corrada was lovely and made us feel very welcome and could not do enough to make our stay comfortable 🙂 Lovely breakfast!

Corrada has been the perfect host! She provided a wonderful Italian breakfast every morning and made sure our rooms and beds were clean when we got back from our visits of the city and surroundings.

Absolutely nothing negative about this place.
Just a lovely place to stay. Very clean and so close to the Main Street in Noto. Corrada was very gracious and accommodating and breakfast was plentiful.
