The location is farther from the station than it shows in the map, and all the bus routes from it were under construction so we couldn’t get any buses, we had to walk 30-35 mins to the station to get a bus every time.

The cleaning staff was AMAZING. Si sweet and helpful, and the place was sparkling clean.

The area was a little bit loud.

It was quite spacious and clean room with air conditioning. There is a fridge in the hall and even kitchen in case one wants to cook. No parking was available directly from the hotel, though there was plenty of free parking places available in the street near the hotel.

The location is not great. Far from the city center and the bus stop nearby was suspended due to road construction.

It was okay value de te money. Lol cation would've been okay if the buses weren't in deviation. No buses available nearby, no indications. Staff: responsive and was able to check out later! Didn't see any staff except for the cleaning person when leaving the apartment block.

Everything was done via online, no contact with a human being. No lift that is difficult when you carry heavy staff and kids and the stairs are fill of the smell of the chinese restaurant on the floor 0

The cleaning staff started knocking at the door several times before the time of the checkout.

It was a little out of town. I was on foot. Bus stop was only 50 metres away. There was an Asian infusion restaurant down below accommodation which sold great food and there was a Lidl Supermarket 300 metres away. Other than that, you needed to catch the bus into the heart of Verona which is magnificent.

Communication with the owner was prompt and responsive.

The rooms have a communal kitchen, some other travellers decided to stay up until 2am preparing food and generally chatting and laughing with no respect for other visitors. They were only quiet when I spoke to them. I understand this is not usual and is not the fault of the property but is worth noting. - maybe some signage is required with guidelines over conduct. I would have thought quiet time after 11 would suit most people. Pretty annoying being kept awake when you need to be up at 7am.

Clean, easily accessible, very well located and very good amenities with a good restaurant right below. I left a kindle at the property and they have very generously cooperated to return it to us.

Hotel employees should speak better English language

The bedrooms are recent, modern, confortable, clean and the mattress is amazing. There is nothing fancy but the bedroom was really really good, it has everything and it's very comfortable. The location is good and there is parking space for guests.

Some external noise but I must admit I did go to bed quite early.

The bathroom was very modern and well fitted out. There was air conditioning. The whole building seemed newly renovated. There were cafes close by. I walked from the station and for my purposes the location was ideal. Communication with the host was very clear.
