It was a large room and could easily fit another easy chair or small couch for comfortable seating. Storage and bench space was very limited.

Good location, easy walk to most sites. The plunge pool was a great bonus in summer to cool off after sight seeing. Clean, modern and secure. Good restaurants/cafes nearby as well as a small supermarket.

It wasn't written in the description of the room that we couldn't access the pool, really misleading and I was disappointed. The shower kept flooding.

A nice suite, clean and spacious. I loved the room design. 15 min walk from Ortigia. Quite an area and you can park easily.

The only downside was the 50 euro charge to use the pool, which was a bit of a surprise. Nonetheless, it was a memorable experience overall.

Had a fantastic stay at this place. Stunning interior, clean bathroom, good location and it was easy to access.

No door for the toilets which area literally in front of the bed, hidden with a big plant but clearly not enough. The room is very bright, which is amazing during the day but the ceiling windows are not very convenient if you want to sleep past 8am as the sun rises early. It was not a big deal and the room is still very charming.

The room is very spacious, beautifully designed and very very clean. Air conditioning and wifi work very well. Very calm area and room, yet so close to ortigia (5-10min walk). Lucia was very welcoming and nice. The cleaning was always done on time and very well. The “hotel” is very small with only 2-3 rooms which makes it very quiet and charming. It felt private as we never saw anyone else than Lucia.

Very friendly host. Super chic and cool place. They put a lot of effort into the interior. Met our exceptions to the fullest. Free street parking. Highly recommendable if you are looking for a place with amazing interior. Coffee machine in the kitchen.

MUST MAKE CLEAR THAT THE BATHROOM IS IN THE SAME SPACE AS THE BEDROOM! There is no separation AT ALL between the bed and the toilet! You lie on the bed and see the toilet directly in front of you. No wall, no door, not even a curtain! Obviously a stylistic choice and some people will be ok with this but you must make this clear on your listing as many people will be horrified when they realise this upon check in! Would have given this place 10/10 if it weren't for this thing!

Almost perfect except for one very important thing! See negatives. For positives - super easy self check in, facilities and spec impressive, really lovely little pool, super comfy bed and towels etc. Location fantastic.

It wasn’t made clear that the pool is locked and can only be booked in advance, which we didn’t realise till we got there. When we arrived we were told it was fully booked. When we asked if we could book it for the second day we got no response. Facilities in room weren’t great - I.e. coffee pods but with no coffee machine!

Nice design, modern room with a spacious feel and very clean. Bed was very comfy. Location is good, nice and quiet and about a 10 minute walk into old town.

- toilet is an open space which does not allow privacy, even if you travel with your partner is inappropriate - not very customer oriented and friendly host - the swimming pool’s use is not entirely clear, we booked a room at this specific facility because we were excited about a private pool, only to arrive and find out that it needs to be booked in advance, no body has asked us upfront if we would like to use it at additional charge, I have no crystal ball to guess the house rules, so the pool was empty, under maintenance, disappointing

- good location, around 15 min walk to Ortigia - free, off street parking available outside of the property - very comfortable, large bed - interesting design of the room
