We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt is excellent value for money and very pleasant but it is relatively no frills. So do not expect much in terms of extras. There was no fridge in the room, and one type of soap/shampoo. We did not mind though, it was pretty, clean, helpful, spacious and very well organised. We brought our own shampoo and conditioner and the balcony makes a great fridge in the winter
A lovely, functional hotel, with beautiful views, good service, generous breakfast with hot and cold choices, clean and well provided rooms. Parking was great. Common areas are comfortable, staff were exceptionally attentive and caring and give you discounts for restaurants, ski rent, pool use in a spa nearby. Close to many good restaurants in Pinzolo (5-10 mins walk) and 5 mins drive from the Pinzolo telepherique.

PolandDelicious but mostly sweet and monotoneous breakfasts. The rooms were not warm enough but the thick quilts filled with synthetic feathers gave comfort at night.
The hosts were super helpful, very nice and available all the time. The beds were large and very comfortable. Location of the hotel is great - very close to the city centre and adjacent to the ski bus stop.
