Our stay here was very pleasant! The location was great close to everything by walking and also public transportation. The room was clean and well kept! Francesco was very accommodating to us, felt easy and comfortable to talk with. Very much enhanced our vacation in Rome.

Superb location, cute restaurant right outside the door...really accessible 5 min walk to the colloseum.also 20 min bus ride to Trevor fountain and Vatican city...room very clean, nice views of streets and great bathroom...coffee machine available in shared kitchen area., good air con a bonus and tv with everything

The place was exactly as per the photos which is a rare thing, Francesco was a very welcoming and helpful host, checkin and access process was seamless, location is very near colosseum and Cavour metro station which helped us on our day trip to Tivoli

Everything was fine. Maybe having a corkscrew next to the coffeemaker would be a nice addition. One of the few skills I acquired at university was to open a bottle of whine without any tools so this didn’t bother us to much.

Perfect location to explore the major historical sites. Metro station Cavour is just around the corner and restaurants and supermarkets are literally next door. It was pretty quiet during the nights especially given the location. The host Francesco was very nice and answered immediately with a good solution when we had a minor inconvenience. We will book again if we visit Rome again in the upcoming years.

The room was a good size and was very clean, everything was very modern. The keyless entry was great and easy to use. We loved the area, there are great shops and restaurants nearby.

The room was a little bit smaller than normal. And there is no sign outside the building and it’s a little bit hard to find it.

The location was very convenient, it was near to almost everything and also the neighborhood is great! The host, Francesco, is really helpful and kind, we arrived very early in the morning and he helped us with the luggage as we left it in the property till our room was ready. The room was really clean.

It was 3 floors up with no lift, so it was a bit of an effort getting up there with the suitcases. Also, no clean towels everyday, there was a £10 charge for this.

The room was great, new and clean facilities. No visible signs of wear and tear or dirt. There was no clutter and everything was spotless.

Bit noisy outside late night and the key to enter being on your phone was worried about losing battery and not being able to get in.

The room was spacious, nicely furnished and clean. It is in the perfect location to explore Rome, the street it is on has lots of lovely shops and places to eat. The hair dryer and iron worked very well. The bathroom was very nice with lots of space and a good shower. The owner is very friendly and responsive.

The room was a little on the small side for us as we had two large cases. This did not make our stay any less comfortable.

The location was perfect for walking to the train station and to the colosseum. The host was really friendly and provided us with recommendations of places to eat.

Well upgraded rooms in a residential building. We really liked staying here. It was very comfortable and quiet.

The room could’ve had a bit better ventilation. It felt a little bit to humid and closed-in.

The neighbourhood is super nice and charming! A lot of good restaurants that have a more local feel compared to other neighbourhoods. The room is also very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable!
