Great location near to Ciampino Airport. Rooms above a fantastic restaurant and no issues with noise from there. Wonderful host Alessandro, extremely kind and friendly. Picked me up after I dropped my hire car off at the airport and also dropped us off on the morning of our flight for a minimal charge. Will definitely use again.

Strongly recommended!! Very well maintained place approx. 50 m from the Casabianca train stop, close to the Ciampino airpoirt. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Extremely friendly and helpful host offers transfer to the airport for a small amount of money.

This had everything needed for a perfect stay. It was immaculately cleaned. A simple self serve breakfast available which was a nice touch for those flying out early. Also it was an ideal location for an early morning flight. Note: it’s not really possible to walk to the airport as there is no footpath however airport transfer available for a small fee

Clean, comfortable rooms. It was great to relax prior to an early morning flight after a journey from the South of Italy. The pick-up and drop offered was a real help to us. We couldn't ask for more and won't hesitate to use the accommodation again.

The host exceeded all expectations. He helped us when we got lost and was always available to assist. The accommodation is top quality: very clean, beautifully furnished, and everything thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed the breakfast and snacks, which were available whenever we wanted. The large terrace is a perfect place to relax, and the room is very nicely decorated. There is also the option of an airport transfer for a small, symbolic fee, which made our arrival and departure very convenient. Right below the apartment, there is a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere, which is an added bonus. Highly recommend this stay!

I would like to say thank you, Alessandro. Breakfast is good. There was everything what we need. Cold water, coffee and croissant. Owner is very outgoing person and open to help people. Hotel has transfer and it's very useful. I recommend definitely!

The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. There was everything we needed for a night post flight, en route to southern Italy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Shuttle service offered to and from the airport was great. Train station nearby for travel into the centre of Rome. Self-service breakfast of yoghurt,cereal,fruit, etc. was enough and allocated space in the fridge per room with water and fruit juice. We enjoyed our stay and booked again for our return. We will recommend to family and friends.

Super clean venue, spacious room, very close to Ciampino airport. The host is friendly and very welcoming. Easy to commute to Rome, there is a station less than 5 minutes walk away with direct trains to central Rome.

The host was super nice and picked me up from the train station as I had missed the right stop and got off the train just one stop further. We stayed just for one night but we had everything we meeded for a short stay.⁹

The property was very close to the train station, the owner met us outside as prearranged in the morning. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was laid out for us even at 3.30am and the owner drove us to the airport for a fee.

Nice little breakfast to get you on your way. Proximity to the airport and the cheap ride to the airport are great. Alessandro was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure all was well. Even driving to the next train station to get us after missing the stop. Very much appreciated.
