The room is very small; it's hard walking past the bed without knocking your foot on the corner of the bed. With two people in the room, there is one chair, and if one person is sitting in it, you can not get by to go to the toilet without them getting up.

The apartment is perfectly located and easily accessible. The bed, towels, and sheets are very clean. The host is highly communicative and very responsive. It feels very safe, and it's very quiet.

One of the blankets smelled like cigarette and we asked for another one but it seems it was washed or supplied by a third party and couldn’t be changed.

Great location, within the historical centre, most of sights are within walking distance. The facilities in room more than expected. Francesco is really helpful and responsive, instruction of checking in/out are timely and helpful, he also provides tips of dining/coffee places; really-worth mentioning, he helped to store our luggage before we collected later the day, that was really a sweet part of the stay. I will stay at same place next time. Thank you Francesco!

Room was quite small, not much space around the bed for cases, etc but we didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't a big deal. No window apart from to the stairwell - this had a curtain hung over it which did not block out all the light in the night when the stair light was activated. Lamps in the room would have been good for winding down before bed, rather than just the bright overhead light. Only stayed 2 nights and hadn't expected a cleaner to come round. This was fine in itself but she moved everything around, not in a good way, not just emptying the bins and making the bed. It felt quite intrusive. Property owner apologised for this when we fed back and said he has now ordered signs for guests to indicate if they want the room cleaned. It's right next door to an Irish pub so there were often people outside on the street smoking and drinking. It wasn't a problem for us, but some people might find it a nuisance.

Not far from the station. Good communication from the property owner. Check-in was easy. Breakfast (coffee and croissant) included at a nice place on the corner. Bathroom was small but well equipped.

Very small room. The room was cleaned while we were out - which could be nice, but wasn’t aware there will be cleaning, and there was no card in the room to decline. I would have liked the option. We were there for 2 nights, and did not need the room cleaned and our stuff being handled by strangers.

It is for sure small — I wasn’t quite prepared. But for two people traveling fairly light it was just enough.

The location was perfect — quick walk from the station and about 12 from the monuments. The property was clean. Check in was super easy and Francesco was very responsive and friendly. He had great recs for the city as well.

Very small, dark ( no windows) and anonymous. Breakfast is not a breakfast , if you are hungry. It is definately not enough. Even when having booked italien breakfast I'd have had expected a bit more. The first time in my life i was not allowed sitting outside in a cafe, even when I wanted.

Breakfast is at a nearby restaurant and only includes one coffee and one croissant. Room is on the small size category and the stairs are steep.

Location and cleanliness were excellent. We were able to continue visiting the city on the day of our check out thanks to the fact that they were able to graciously keep our luggage until the afternoon of our departure. Even though all communications were via Whatsup (not in person), Francesco was always available and ready to help.

-Room is ok for 1 pers, but small for 2; considering the price we paid it was ok though. -There was a bit of mold on the wall facing outside and in the AC. Host should check and do something about it before it becomes an issue.

-Breakfast was included (1 croissant + 1 cappuccino per pers) at a bakery very close to the b&b; -Price was good -Host is very friendly and gave us tips on where to eat; -Nice shower; -Cleaning was done daily and towels changed. -location: 5 min walking to the train station, 10-15 mins walk to center
