The bathroom was very small, dark & dated. Also the rude & inappropriate male server’s behavior from the breakfast buffet, who got upset because I filled my water bottle before leaving for a day tour…. He was disrespectful and very aggressive which was shocking to my husband and I.

The best things about this hotel are: the location, the architecture & the beautiful pool area surrounded by gardens with the view of the whole coast of Taormina!!

The hotel was so beautiful and took you back on time but with all the comforts. It had beautiful gardens and the swimming pool was exceptional. It was within easy reach of everything. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location to explore the town and everything nearby. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and so peaceful, and the staff were so helpful! Beautiful gardens and views of Etna are unmatched :)

A bit dated (but helps keep the price most reasonable). 4 Star, not 5. Wish it had a gym, personally. Coffee could be better if you want to nitpick.

Loved everything. Location at one end of town is positioned perfectly with bomb views of Mt. Etna, Giardini Naxos and coastline and Castelmola. Ample property with gardens, peace and quiet, nature and lovely pool area. Clean and comfortable room and property. Breakfast buffet included.

We had an issue with the air conditioning which meant we had to leave windows open. Mosquitos enjoyed that experience.

Some of the rooms were difficult to access because of stairs, problematic for anyone with mobility issues.

Location, close to everything. They are on the South Entrance of the Village so on the opposite side of the amphi theatre. But a great walk through the village. Valet Parking, easy

Fabulous historical location with breathtaking view overlooking Mount Etna and the Bay of Taormina. Buffet breakfast is made of delicious Sicilian specialities. Unique, peaceful relaxing garden. This garden is the perfect oasis to relax. The town’s famous ancient Greco-­Roman theater is a 15-minute walk.

Some areas of hotel were shabby and needed redecorating, the corridors. Usb and TV connections needs updating. No Lavazza machine in room was a shock and terrace under staffed for bar service, very slow.

Exceptional location and architecture. View from double bedroom windows was breathtaking. Beautiful lounge, bar and terrace. Very friendly helpful staff. Fantastic Nye gala dinner and brunch following day.

The noise! Our deluxe room was connected with other two rooms in both sides just by doors, which means that we could hear every word of our neighbors! Lack of privacy is one thing, but also, we couldn't have a good rest because they would wake up early and start talking (not shouting, just talking, but the noise isolation is so poor it was enough to wake us both up). That's a shame, as the bed was so comfortable. Came home quite tired because of lack of sleep

This hotel is absolutely perfect for stunning views - this is what primarily keeps us coming back. Perfect location, nice staff, everything's clean. Love the bathtub in the room. We also had a cute tiny balcony where we could drink coffee while enjoying the sunset view. A bowl of fresh fruits in the room was a nice touch. The bed was huge and very comfortable.
