Amazing, amazing location, a min walk from the Spanish s. super clean, great big room, and most of all, a really really (can't emphasize this enough) nice team of people who helped with everything I asked. from transport to the airport to marking maps with all the attractions I've asked for. They helped to make it a truly great vication! And all in an affordable price.

It was a bit confusing accessing the room since we checked in quite late, outside of normal booking hours. May not have experienced issues otherwise.

Nice location within 5-10 minutes walking distance to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain, and bit more for other major sights. Our room was simple, standard (small), and served us well for a one night stay.

We had a whole family stay, with multiple rooms booked out - unfortunately this property has rooms at 2 different locations which we were unaware of prior to booking. Some family were in another location roughly 7-8 minute walk away and the location of these rooms weren’t as good of a spot as mine at Spagna ave.

Great location - walking distance to most landmarks, however, not too close to the centre that you are stuck in the loud hustle and bustle of Rome. Located on a great street with nice shops. Room was very simple yet nice, and clean. Staff were very friendly

Great location for exploring Rome. Just down the street fro the Spanish Steps. Good sized room, very clean with modern utilities. Comparably priced to other hotels in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room even had a beautiful fresco on the ceiling (see picture). Easy access to and from the Roma Termini train station by bus (85 line).

Corridor side walls are thin. We could easily hear the conversations and voices in the corridor.

The location was amazing. Close to all top places and restaurants. Even though I arrived after the reception hour, it was very easy to get in and settle in my room. Entrance details shared beforehand very detailly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

The shower wasn’t great

The location was perfect and the room itself was really spacious. We were upgraded to a bigger room with 2 super king sized beds which saved our 18 year old sleeping on a sofa bed

The pillows and the mattress were uncomfortable, especially the mattress. It was hard and left me with neck and back pain the rest of the day.

The design of the rooms is beautiful, it is located at a very nice place in Rome where everything is pretty close. There are a couple of mini markets, clothing stores, restaurants and a Sephora literally a few steps away. The staff was super nice and helpful and let us keep our bags there for a while after we checked out.

The hotel is centrally located, in a walking distance between the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The neighborhood is nice, near many little restaurants and coffee places. The room was excellent and the staff friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was served in a coffee shop near the residence. In sum, a great stay.

I was hooked by the terrace photo in the album of Spagna Ave. but there is no terrace in spagna ave. They have told me it was in another property which belong to same organization. But this is misleading. How can i know?

The toilet smells a bit but it's tolerable. It seems like a common issue across many accommodations in Rome.

Perfect location, it was very close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps - only a 5 min walk. You could even walk to other major tourist attractions like the Pantheon very easily as the accommodation was centrally located. There's also easy access to the subways, with Baberini being the closest stop. This place also has a small lift so you don't have to worry about carrying heavy luggage. There is a shared coffee / kettle table within the reception area that you can only access between 8am and 8pm. The rooms are small-ish for 3 adults plus own suitcases, however it didnt bother us too much as we only needed a place to rest and sleep at night over 5 days. Breakfast is provided by a partnering cafe bar a few minutes away from the hotel. You'll be energised for the day from having breakfast here as they are generous with what they offer.
