The location is convenient to many attractions, and the balcony provided a lovely space for breakfast and relaxing evenings while enjoying the city views. The host is exceptionally kind and accommodating. Its proximity to the train station makes it easy to explore the surrounding villages during your visit.

Nothing everything was superb

Lovely comfortable room, easy to access, brilliant location close to town centre and train station. Room was serviced subtly and was spotless clean. Shower was lovely, balcony a very nice touch. Eva also kept us stocked up with water, hot drinks and snackies. If you are a couple doing cinque terre, i would look nowhere else for accommodation. Eva also recommended going to Porto Venere which was one of the highlights of our trip

This should be the standard for all Airbnbs and rooms! A luxurious feel with all the amenities with a very accommodating host!towels are so white and rooms and bathrooms are spotless!

This property was so amazing and Eva was such a great host. We arrived early and were able to check in early which was nice. Very close to shops and restaurants. Everything was so amazing, comfortable spacious bed, everything was very clean, amazing shower. Easy walk from the train station, highly recommended. Would definitely book here again.

We stayed for 4 nights. It was a new, very clean, aesthetic room with a beautiful balcony. Very close to via del Prione (restaurants, caffe & shops) and train station (500m). The owner was very kind and helpful. For sure 10/10!

Perfect place to stay! Location close to railway station (small shop on the way), close to the "eating street". Everything in the room well designed, fresh, works properly. Bed comfortable, sheets and towels clean an fresh. Coffee available in the room- excellent. Could not imagine better service and care!

We had an amazing stay in La Spezia! Eva was incredibly responsive, kind, and welcoming from the very beginning. The room itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed—bathroom amenities, a coffee machine, tea, some snacks, and we even received two bottles of water each day, which was such a thoughtful touch. Eva was also very flexible and accommodating. Although the official check-out time was 10:00 AM, she kindly allowed us to stay until 11:30 AM. The location was also perfect—less than a 10-minute walk to the train station and surrounded by great restaurants. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Everything. The room was great for our short stay, we had complementary food and wine when we arrived, bed was so comfortable, bathroom was very clean, there was a little terrace, room was big and there was an elevator for us to go up, wish we could’ve stay a little longer. Also I have to mention that Eva is EXCELENT, very helpful and caring, she was very attentive and looking out for us, gave us good tips and recommendations for Cinque Terre and a Portovenere. I recommend her 100% without any doubt and when Income back wouldn’t think it twice and stay with her.

The place was really great, very comfortable especially since we walked a lot prior to arriving in La Spezia. The train station was less than 10 minutes away by foot and there were enough choices to go around town for food. The port was 20 minutes away from the apartment, tough during the summer heat but still doable. Eva was really welcoming and helpful to all our questions (where to go and where to eat). She made our stay very relaxing. This is now my go to place when I visit La Spezia :)

Location is excellent, 500 meters far from the train station. Eva the host is very friendly and helpful. The room were super clean and organized, she let us checked in before the time. Couldn’t recommend better place to stay in La Spezia.

The location is great, one block from the main pedestrian area, which means it remains quiet. The room and bathroom are well sized for a family of four with a large so beds, and the air conditioning is super quiet. Everything is clean and organized.
