We stayed on the 5th floor and experienced unstable Wi-Fi in our room. I mentioned the issue to the receptionist, and she immediately offered to resolve it by upgrading our room. However, my family chose to decline since we were already comfortable with the sea-view room.

The location, the view, and the room all exceeded my expectations. My family and I were truly impressed by the exceptional care and hospitality provided by the staff.

Only downside was the long wait for the elevators.

Really cool old-school hotel that must have been super fancy back in the day. Fun fact: a Sopranos episode was filmed here, which was a nice touch. Everything was clean, and we were able to check in early, which was great. However, we stayed only one night.

A pleasant experience in a stylish environment. Beautifully located on the sea front. Elegant old building, refurbished (some elements successfully). Very nice terrace on the top of the building. Room was very large (sea view), well appointed, elegant. Bed was reasonable. Quiet, good sleep conditions. You get the 60's feeling, in a good sense.

We liked everything, no downsides found.

We stayed at this hotel — it is absolutely beautiful! Everything inside is very clean and new, and the view of Vesuvius from the room is breathtaking. The staff did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A special highlight was the breakfast on the terrace — simply amazing with incredible views!

From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable — arranging perfect restaurant reservations, sharing insider tips on the city, and even helping us with last-minute changes to our plans. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made us feel truly welcome and at home. It’s rare to find someone who combines such deep local knowledge with such personal attention. Luigi is a true asset to the hotel and a big reason we can’t wait to return.

Beautiful hotel, with beautiful views from our suite and also whilst eating our breakfast from the rooftop. The staff were all friendly and helpful, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend the executive suite. Great location, with only a short walk to the main square.

The property is a classic historical hotel but in excellent condition. It's known for its peaceful setting on the seafront. To be praised the always smiling and nice and friendly and very professional staff, comfortable accommodations, with highlights the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail. The room was big,very nice room. Special mention to the breakfast with local food and a stunning terrace looking over the bay and in front of the Vesuvio.

The rooftop terrace is beautiful but unfortunately they don’t let you sit where you want for breakfast because the one side is much nicer of a view than where they usually put us.

The location is nice the room was large and the staff were friendly.

The breakfast could been better.

The hotel is just at the end of the street. Our room facing the seaside was beautiful. We can find a lot nice restaurants in a walking distance. We walked to city centre as well. It’s a lovely place.
