We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesSuperb location in the center of Asiago. Hotel owners and staff are fully committed to ensuring a quality guest experience. The team is attentive, efficient, and friendly. Be sure to enjoy a coffee or drink in the bar. Outdoor seating as well. The property is super clean throughout. Europa has three restaurants (one one of which doubles as the breakfast room) serving high quality food. Extensive wine list with top notch selections. We are looking forward to our next visit!

United KingdomStaying at hotels when travelling with a large family (5 children under 11) can be tricky, but Hotel Europa Residence is perfectly equipped, with a two bedroom, three bathroom apartment (plus sofa bed in the reception area) on the top floor with beautiful vaulted ceilings and a lift. We arrived late at night and the staff were SO kind and accommodating, the apartment was immaculate, warm and perfect for us. Breakfast is delicious and the staff continued to go above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. I can’t recommend the pretty town and perfect hotel highly enough!

AustraliaHotel Europa is a very comfortable and attractive hotel located in the canter of Asiago. The furnishings are lovely and the guest only wellness center a real treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our overall experience was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.

United KingdomUnfortunately the hotel is having a new roof fitted… arrived to see the hotel completely clad in scaffold which totally impacted on views from the hotel to the mountains. Extremely disappointed the hotel failed to notify us in advance… and moreover even more disappointed that the workers arrived at 0650 on the Saturday morning to start work!!! If all this hadn’t happened it would have been a 5/5!!
